   We opted for the business lunch and, although the wait for the main course was unusually long after the appetizers, the overall experience was pleasant. We tried all three appetizers on the business lunch menu, and they were all good with appropriately sized portions. I chose the salmon for the main course; while the portion was smaller than expected, it was flavorful and well-cooked. The brownie dessert was just okay, but the cheesecake (not part of the business lunch) was very good. Unfortunately, it took a long time for our server to return with the bill after we finished our meal. While he was more attentive at the beginning, noting and ensuring our requested modifications were made, the service fell short towards the end. This was not my best experience at Catalina, but despite this hiccup, I would still consider returning to the restaurant in the future.

   The food quality, quantity, price. and taste was undesirable. I asked for a Woodford Reserve Double Oak and was provided Woodford Reserve and charged for a double to cap the experience.

   Exceptional Birthday Experience at Catalina Restaurant 🥰 I recently celebrated my birthday at Catalina, located in the beautiful Indigo Hotel, and it was truly unforgettable. The ambiance was warm and inviting, setting the perfect atmosphere for a special night. But what really stood out was the exceptional service from my waitress, Sunshine. She was a ray of light—always smiling and going above and beyond. I’d been struggling with a lost voice for the past three weeks, and I was hesitant to ask for something special: room-temperature water with lemon and honey. Sunshine made it happen without a second thought, making me feel cared for and understood. I noticed she provided the same attentive service to every guest around us, exemplifying the high standard of hospitality that defines Catalina. The food was flawless—a solid 10/10 in both taste and presentation. The bartender even surprised me with a beautiful drink in a pretty glass, perfectly capturing what I’d hoped for. Let’s just say it was “pretty glass, pretty drunk!” (lol). To finish the night, Sunshine brought out a slice of birthday cake with a thoughtful mini card. It was such a lovely touch, and it made my birthday feel truly celebrated. I’m beyond grateful to Sunshine and the whole Catalina team for making my evening so special. Highly recommend Catalina for anyone seeking an unforgettable dining experience!

   Lovely experience ,the staff are friendly, the food is not overwhelming and complicated, you can taste the effort and love for each dish the chef put in the counter and is there to indulge, the drinks are flowing without restriction, there’s dedicated server on each table, they are there what you desire to request,excellent service. The ambience is not restricted, breath the air as much as you want - spacious and not crowded. The noise level is within normal. Will definitely comeback and bring friends for another Sunday brunch.

   The food was really amazing! The atmosphere of the restaurant is subtle and the staff is very friendly. Personally, I love the place and will definitely go again for a brunch or dinner. The food is really gooood

   Refreshing ambience, spacious and low noise level. The food is lovely from appetizers to sweets to end the meal. So satisfied in every bite. The servers are super attentive and friendly staff. Excellent dining experience Will come back for more lovely experience .

   We had a nice time at Catalina for lunch and the service was really great. We came for lunch for the restaurant month and found the food a bit bland and underseasoned. Good options for veggies though.

    Felt the food was mediocre compared to other options on island. My steak arrived cold even though we requested medium, clearly it was left out before it made it to table. For the price they charge for 12 oz it was not acceptable. The restaurant in front has more of a lobby feel rather than a nice table at an expensive restaurant. Didn't feel like California cuisine at all. Service was good and nice. But would not come back unless significantly improved. The rooftop bar is the attraction here as they make good drinks and have DJ
