   Amazing ambiance! Food and service great. Loved the downtempo electronica music. Fit the ambiance great. Like a Mediterranean lounge club/restaurant in south Florida! Fire dancers was cool also!

   I like the concept, it feels very Miami 'Clubstaurant'. The menu offeres small plates (tapas) and also full entrees. We shared several of the tapas offerings and it was good. My only comment is that all of the food came out barely warm. Wondering if much is made ahead of time and then sits in the kitchen until an order comes up? The wine selection was nice and we were very happy with our bottle of wine. The service was a tiny bit slow at the beginning but improved. It was a fairly youngish crowd and as I understand it, they have a DJ that starts at 10:00pm; we left a few minutes before so don't know how that changes the atmosphere. I would definetly try it another time. Beware some of the tables are very low and could be uncomfortable for the taller gents.

   I recently celebrated my birthday at this place, and it was an unforgettable experience! Despite last-minute changes to our party size from 6 to 8 guests, the staff handled it seamlessly. The service was top-notch, with a friendly, accommodating, and attentive team that catered to our every need. The ambiance was stunning, perfectly blending elegance and warmth, and featuring intriguing entertainment that added to the evening’s magic. The food was truly exceptional, with each dish expertly prepared and boasting its own unique flavors. I had the pleasure of sampling a variety of options. Standouts including the Brussels sprouts, fresh Cesar salad, pan-seared salmon, tender filet, and crispy pork skins. The sautéed mushrooms and truffle fries were also noteworthy sides. Although I didn't try the octopus, it looked incredible, and those who did said it was delicious. Overall, I highly recommend this restaurant for special occasions or a night out. The food, service, and atmosphere are unmatched. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves, and I think it's an ideal spot for smaller, intimate gatherings.

   Food, service, and ambiance were again outstanding. The menu is incredible. We couldn’t have asked for a better server. Gian Carlo was very personable and professional. CatalunaJax has become our go to restaurant for entertaining and special occasions.

   Servers overly attentive, plus there are people strolling around and standing taking up plates immediately, seemed a bit too much. Server was responsible for putting in the entire order at once and our appetizers came out only 5 min before our mains. The selection is limited and not very friendly to those of us who do not eat red meat. Seafood selections are very small portions. Scallops over salted, polenta without flavor and too thin. Bruschetta the bread was too tough to eat not toasted, and toppings fell off while pulling it apart with your teeth because you couldn’t use a utensil to cut it. Fries were just fries, nothing to state about them. The restaurant is beautiful inside, and the ambience was amazing despite the fact that someone was standing with their back to us in front of our table waiting to snatch up finished plates like body guards. I would not return, it’s way too expensive for the quality of food we received. As a vegetarian, I eat a lot of Mediterranean style cuisine, and I would not consider this restaurant to be vegetarian friendly.

   Loved the ambience, the food and my cocktail. The fire dancer was also entertaining and our server was professional. Overall a great experience!

   We liked the mains, I think they need to consider a lot more sides options and the non-alcoholic drinks are somewhat limited, otherwise it is a great place to bring a date. Higher end on cost though, we both got steaks and they were good but also overpriced compared to similar options.

    Mimi, our waitress, was amazing!!! We loved every single thing we ordered. All food presentations and temperature were perfect. We can not wait to go back and will request Mimi.
