   Reservation was for last night @ 7:45pm for 2 & we were seated @ 8:09pm. The music was loud, trendy, upbeat instead of classical which would’ve been more appropriate for the upscale ambiance. The room was smoky which caused us to tear up. Catch’s website asked the occasion (HBD Dinner) when making reservations, NO ONE acknowledged the birthday guy & when I brought it to the waitress’s attention, she said “Oh nice!” No comp dessert was offered or nothing. The food wasn’t good nor filling. We ordered the “Flight Of 3” bcus we were under the impression that it was enough for 2. We even asked the waitress if we should get the “New York Strip” or the “Flight of 3” for our main entree & the “Flight of 3” was recommended. She knew that was our only meat choice. The “Flight of 3” are 3 extremely small pieces of beef that are LITERALLY the size of a standard post-it note & less than 1/4 inch thick. Sample sizes given out @ grocery stores as you shop. I kid you not! All 3 pieces of beef combined equates to one bite portion. The “Flight of 3” alone is $85 for a bite size of beef. Price is no issue but deception is. We felt robbed! We were relying HEAVY on the waitress’s opinion of the menu bcus it was our 1st time there. They do not offer many side choices (not even a macaroni) & they were mediocre. My sweet tea had no free refills. I was charge for my refill. The Old Fashioned was watered down. There was a platform behind our heads that had 3 large, used, balled up napkins left there from previous patrons. Ask for no ice & ice was in all my drinks plus, we were left for long periods of time. When “upscale”, the service has to be seamless with $100 min per person prices. The waitress brought us our check & she then said “HBD”. We left a 15% tip even though it wasn’t deserved (we normally tip 25%). We spent $300 w/out gratuity which we were prepared to spend or more prior to coming however, that meal nor the service was not worth it.👎 We left there hungry & picked up a pizza.

   Thank you Catch!!! From the fun, friendly and attentive service to the amazing food you made my husband’s birthday a celebration to remember. We tried several rolls, the catch, the scallop roll, and hell fire roll..amazing flavors. Then we moved on to the hot rock, wagu fried rice, sea bass and Bronzino.. all fresh and delicious. We ended the night with the pistachio cheesecake and hit me chocolate cake and espresso martinis…creative combinations and delicious !! Fun energy in the restaurant added to a festive evening.

   Each time I’ve been to Catch it’s been a 10/10 experience. Ashley was fantastic and service was great. Joey took such good care of us.

   Seated by the wait station at this high end Cheescake Factory. Food service was so slow the manager comp’d the meal. Would not recommend or return no matter how lively the bar scene.

   Beautiful environment, great service, excellent food, but small portions. Very expensive. I paid over $300 for two people and left hungry.

   The whole experience from the moment we pulled up to the valet was a 10. The service, the atmosphere, the food was excellent. We sat in the terrace area and when I tell you the hospitality was 5 Star!!! We met the manager Loki and you can tell he takes pride in his restaurant! That sentiment could be felt throughout his whole team…good job! The food was very very good and the drinks…whew…delicious! We will definitely be back!!!

    Catch is hands down one of the best restaurants in Dallas. From the welcome team, staff, David the Director to the waiters and chefs! The food is excellent and every time exceeds our expectations. We have never had a bad experience! Highly recommend.
