Cathédrale is a French-Mediterranean restaurant by Tao Group Hospitality Chef/Partner Ralph Scamardella, in collaboration with Executive Chef Jason Hall (formerly of acclaimed restaurants like Gotham Bar & Grill, Anthos and Craft). The menu brings elemental, ingredient-driven cooking to the forefront, evoking the grandeur of the past while remaining contemporary in its execution. Dishes put pleasure over spectacle, taking inspiration from Southern France with traces of Italy, Spain and Greece as seen in our signature Potato Chip Omelette, Black Truffle Fettuccine, 14oz Entrecôte Au Poivre, as well as our 48 oz Mishima Reserve Wagyu Tomahawk.

Everything was delicious. We got cocktails, wine, oysters, two filets and fries and everything was absolutely delicious. The atmosphere is beautiful especially in the main dining area. You won't be disappointed.

Ambience is overall very good beautiful scenery and lighting. Food is a bit on the price your side, but did enjoy the chicken mac & cheese and the filet mignon dessert was delicious as well. Worth a shot.

Awesome restaurant, great food and service, tableside cote de boeuf preparation was fun. Massive wine list, beautiful interior. Staff was attentive and took care of everything.

I came with a group to experience restaurant week. The atmosphere was nice. Staff friendly and accommodating. The menu seemed promising however the food was not well prepared. I tried the burrata appetizer, the steak au poivre and the chocolate mousse. The burrata wasn’t flavorful and the steak barely had sauce, was undercooked and chewy. I wish smaller spoons were provided for the dessert. Overall, nice vibe.

This is a beautiful restaurant perfect for date night or a special occasion. We ordered the halibut and steak au poivre and both were delicious. The chocolate soufflé was absolutely delicious. Great dining experience.
