Tucked away on Paradise Row in Bethnal Green, Câv is a vibrant cocktail bar and kitchen inspired by listening bar culture. Founded by Chris Tanner and Edwin Frost, this East London gem blends inventive mixology, with a rotating kitchen residency.

The cocktail list showcases refined classics alongside contemporary signatures, such as the Plum Manhattan, the ever-popular Picante, and the Tangerine Highball.
The kitchen spotlights innovative chefs with changing residencies—currently, Tasca, brought by culinary duo Josh Dalloway and Sinead Murdoch which brings a taste of the Iberian Peninsula with dishes like jambon beurre gildas and cachorrinho sandwiches.

The wine list, curated by Sinead, celebrates female winemakers, highlighting natural and low-intervention wines. A brilliant new restaurant/cocktail bar nestled in the arches of Paradise Row in Bethnal Green. Very relaxed ambience, and the cocktail menu is great! The tapas was delicious too - perfect for drinks with mates, a date night or more.

I was not told there was no food being served until arriving at 7:30 for my reservation., First server told me that there was a last minute problem with the chef coming that day, Second server told me they don’t serve food on a Wednesday at all. So not sure what’s going on there

Brilliant evening at this gorge new bar. Great drink selection, service and ambiance. Came for one drink and stayed for the evening!
