CAVAS offers multi-course menus Friday and Saturday, along with our “Paella Special”. Chef Ana invites you to immerse yourself in a carefully crafted culinary journey. Each dish reflects the season's best ingredients with her innovative twist on traditional flavors. Enjoy the full experience at one set price, making it easy to relax, savor, and create lasting memories! *Eight-course prix fixe menu for $85.00 per person, plus 20% fee + 8.4 % tax OR * Paella Special Menu for two, price depends in which paella is selected. This was a great experience- the food and service were both top notch. We did the 8 course pre fixe menu and it was so much fun to get the story behind each course and the plating was lovely and the enthusiasm of both chef and server was obvious and contagious! The restaurant was small but really lovely and welcoming and all patrons were treated like long lost friends. Can't wait to return and try the paella!

We loved our experience at Cavas. The flavors in the meal were exceptional. Great Sangria. Ana and Peter(owner/chef and server) are amazing at what they’re doing. You feel very special when you dine at Cavas. Prices are a little higher than we expected but all worth it. We will definitely go back.

The owners are delightful. Drinks creative. Portions perfect and each course is a different experience. I would just say to cut back on the salt in creamed corn dish. It was nice and spicy, creamy but less salt please. Would definitely return. A wonderful evening.

Chef Ana takes her time with each guest. Culinary is an art, you cannot rush art! It is an explosion of flavors in your palette! Each ingredient is cut fresh as you order your dinner! It is an amazing experience! You cannot get this kind of Spanish dishes made fresh to order anywhere else. Chef Ana & her husband at Cavas are amazing! 5 star rating is not enough!

Excellent food, explained perfectly and very efficiently delivered with only two workers- cook and wait person. They were both lovely and we will definitely be going here again.

Anna is the best. This restaurant is one of Milwaukee’s brightest gems yet,not well known because it is small. Outstanding food. Anna is a great hostess and chef. Already contemplating our return.

Lovely spot with some of the best food I ever tasted. Each dish was presented with a flair and tasty beyond compare. Wonderful staff. Would highly recommend.

We had the best time at Cavas!! Truly an incredible experience. From the moment we arrived we were welcomed and taken care of. We had the 8 course menu and we loved EVERY dish. So many delicious flavors and some things we’d never tried before. Chef Ana and her husband were so lovely. Highly recommend the Sangria and Spanish Old Fashioned cocktails! We will definitely be back to try the paella!
