   Promptly seated. Apps of Spanish sausage,and mini empanadas. Entrees of tuna,grouper,and avocado salad. Fast efficient service. Outstanding flavor. Perfect dinner.

   Fantastic dinner at Cayo Blanco! The food is incredibly fresh and the wait staff kind to any and all questions. Great drinks as well.

   Had a very nice dinner. They are open late which is a plus. I had the grilled octopus tentacle which was tender and very delicious. The crab cakes were fair with no lump crabmeat. We each had the Caribbean lobster tails as they were fresh. It was during the busy season and a reservation is highly recommended. Noise level can be high when spring breakers are in town.

   It got a little noisy with the younger set coming in right behind our reservation and the table between us left because of it right after being seated, but we still enjoy the food there so much we’ll be back.

   We were there to celebrate an anniversary....disappointed! - the service was terrible. We were seated nearly 20 minutes before we were provided water and menus. - the ambiance was worse than a loud concert. There were 30 various customers crammed into a 15 x 20' room.... it's so loud you had to yell to the person directly across from you; it was even impossible to tell that there was music playing until several tables cleared out. - food service was significantly disappointing... The table next to us ordered and received their appetizers and entrée and dessert before we received our entrée even though we ordered our entrée before they arrived - The wait staff seldom was available... Never checked in to see how things were going/not going - there was no mention or consideration for our wedding anniversary, despite having made that awareness on the reservation and a check-in The food was good... But everything else makes it worth going to a different restaurant

   Best food and service we have had on the island this far. Maybe the best food I’ve ever had! The ceviche and red snapper were amazing!

   One of the best seafood meals I’ve had in a long time. The grouper was succulent and perfectly seasoned. The sides and salad were equally good.

    This is a very small restaurant. As we were seated, we were wedged between to other tables with barely an inch between the chairs fully seated. The servers were pleasant but appeared understaffed- as they seemed a bit frantic. The food was mostly excellent. We recommend the octopus appetizer and the ceviche salad - both marvelous and fresh. I ordered the red snapper which was deep fried and difficult to eat. My husband ordered the lobster which was delicious. The margaritas are strong and the restaurant was very loud. If the space was bigger our dining experience would have been more enjoyable. Good food options here - but if you are looking for a comfortable, quiet dining experience this is not it.
