   La mesera no conocía el menú. Cada pregunta que se le hacía estaba perdida. No fue diligente en las necesidades de la mesa. Terminamos la comida y no recogieron los platos. No nos ofrecieron postres Pedimos una botella de vino que tuvimos que servirnos las copas nosotros mismos. Empleados que no están adiestrados y familiarizados con el menú. Honestamente no volvwria.

   Chef Juan Nieves takes our local flavors to a high level. This restaurant is a must and a new reference in Puerto Rico. One can still taste his parent restaurant Funche, one to remember, full of extraordinary experiences, as precursor of this new project.

The atmosphere is welcoming, perfect for everything from a casual dinner with friends to a nice date. The best part? You can enjoy the entire menu. Each dish offers something special—the perfect balance of creativity and flavors. While it’s tough to pick a standout, the whole menu deserves attention, making it a place to keep coming back to explore. Whether you’re a foodie or just looking for a great meal, Cazuela has something for everyone. The service was great, the chef is an artist and the wine list was perfectly curated, we found some very delicious and interesting wines with the recommendations of the staff. It’s a new favorite and will definitely be a local hit in no time.
