   Ottimo ristorante italiano, sembrava di essere tornati in Italia per una sera. Rispetto e preparazione verso le intolleranze alimentari impeccabile. Menù non troppo vario. Qualità del cibo eccellente. Servizio finalmente degno di un ristorante, cordiali e rapidi. Cameriere impeccabile. Alessandra Gatto.

   Very noisy and very dark! Was rudely asked to hurry up and finish our dessert as the table had another reservation (even though there were several other empty tables around us). 4 things on the already small menu were unavailable, including bruschetta. When using the bathrooms mid-way through meal, I walked past another table with bruschetta, so don’t understand why we were told there was none 30 minutes earlier. Starters ok. Bolognese was cold, lobster pasta very spicy! Refused to accept payment by cash; this wasn’t noted anywhere on the booking confirmation. Wouldn’t be in a hurry to go back!

   Little disappointed as we came for our one year anniversary dinner and we came for a specific dish really and they didn’t have it and then the other dish we wanted they didn’t have either so that was a shame. The pizza we ended up getting was extremely salty (Parma ham) but the pasta was delicious. Beautiful restaurant. Nice place. Just little disappointing given we’d chosen here for our anniversary and wasn’t able to have anything we actually wanted.

   Intimate place on the edge of Shoreditch/Spitalfields with style and atmosphere. Cecconis has a varied and creative menu, great wine selection, draft beers, and the staff were helpful without being patronising or over-attentive. Exceptional value! I can't reccommend this place highly enough and will definitely go back next time I am in London.

   Great service and beautiful inside. Food is delicious - we had the chicken Milanese which is a great size portion. I would say for an intimate night out it’s a bit loud inside - but other than that it’s a great spot!

   Lovely service and ambience. However, the food was extremely below average and so very overpriced for what it was. £20 Bolognese that lacked any flavour and pasta tasted like it had been out for a long time. Sorry!

   Mistakes with order, brought out a wrong starter and forgot another starter. We ordered two mains, lobster spaghetti and a pizza. Pizza was hardly warm anymore, and the lobster spaghetti hardly had any lobster pieces… Furthermore, we ordered extra cocktails which were standing on their counter to be brought to our table for about 10mins while staff was walking by all the time, and no other drinks had to be served. Been to several Cecconi’s around London many times, always had good experiences, but yesterday wasn’t that…

    Great food but patchy service. Also the acoustics are awful, so you can't really hear each other speak but overall, the food is good.
