   Great service overall and great ambience. From the front desk all the way to the attendant of your table made you feel like you belonged but my only Quarry Is the menu is a bit limited Needs more variety/options, sides and portions are a bit small compared to other high end restaurants. Also more spices/seasoning especially for a Mexican restaurant food wasn’t tasteless but compared to others “ they not like us”

   For the money we spent (over $100 per person) the service was horrible. We ran out of water multiple times and I had to flag down another server because ours disappeared for long stretches of time. He took my daughter’s napkin after it fell on the floor when she went to the restroom. Our food came, no server, no water, no napkin. My daughter was wearing a white dress with no napkin. It was her 16th birthday which I told them ahead of time, but after sitting there for 20 minutes after our meal, the server came to get our dessert order and I asked if they do anything for birthdays and he said “oh you ruined the surprise.” Really? He obviously didn’t get the memo and tried to act like it was in work and I ruined the surprise. It took another 10 minutes before that came out. Poor service all the way around!

   Very beautiful with a great view but honestly thought everything was bland and just not good. We love Mexican but this was just not good.

   The ambiance is unmatched. If you come around 8pm you will be able to catch the fireworks show. Unfortunately, that’s all this place really provides. The service wasn’t great. We had a waiter named Christian. He seems to not really care to provide good service. It took him 15 min just to get him to the table. The other table he was responsible for threatening to get up and leave. He never checked on us after we received our food. The food options are limited and not consistent. We order 2 octopus dishes and one was extremely well done and the other was salty. Overall, this place is good for the ambiance and the chance to take really good social media pictures. Not worth the hype.

    After reading the reviews I was excited to try this place out, only to find out it was such a disappointment!!! First off, the entrance to the restaurant was poorly executed. If you don’t have a reservation you can’t get past the guard. There are no directions or signs indicating where the restaurant is exactly located or where to park (restaurant located inside the Conrad hotel 8th floor). The scenery at this restaurant was absolutely beautiful but the food was such a disappointment. The food was very dry, unflavored and presentation was unattractive. The drinks were not up to par, however the soda beverage was actually the only thing that tasted good because it was actual Coke with cane sugar. I was very disappointed to see such a beautiful restaurant serve such low grade food. I will not be attending again and will letting others know not to waste their time or money on this restaurant.
