   Italian food at its finest. What a wonderful experience this was. The service was friendly and engaging and we were very impressed with the wine list. Fabulous!!!

   The Italian cuisine was exceptional. From start to finish, the experience was top-notch. The staff made us feel right at home with their friendly and attentive service, and the wine list was truly impressive. A memorable dining experience all around!

   This was an outstanding dining experience. The wine list and quality was superb lots of local options but also many good Italian and French. The coctails were superb and served promptly. The staff were attentive and made sure we understood the menu and offerings. The owner was kind enough to stop by and check in as well, a lovely man. The food was just amazing. Well done all. I can’t compliment and recommend this venue enough. We’ll definately be back

   We experienced a very disappointing dinner at Centra Hotel. Despite the glowing reviews and positive vibes on social media, the venue missed the mark on this occasion. After being seated at 7pm and having our drinks served, we had to ask for another round of drinks ( empty glasses on table) we even had to ask for our order to be taken after waiting for some time. After the 1 hour mark we enquired about our food. The manager said he would check but never returned !! The young man who served us first, arrived to ask how we were going. We said not good and he promptly went to enquire about our food. Don’t know what happened to the manager ?? Returning, he apologised and said another 5-7 mins. Another 15 mins and we were nearly ready to walk when food arrived. A risotto we did not order was sent back. Interestingly, it was the manager who took our food order. The sword fish was over cooked but eaten because by 8.45pm my son was hungry. Our four pastas were undercooked and not pleasant to eat. And a small serving for $35. We did not eat our meals and spoke with a young waitress who said she would get her boss. The young man who was sent to us ( clearly not the manager ) was again very apologetic with the usually excuses of understaffing, new staff and kitchen not coping !! Never have I walked out of a venue before. I firmly believe our order was forgotten. And no staff member approached us to apologise about the wait or to enquire about the delay until we asked. We were only charged for our drinks and sadly won’t be back. PS We witnessed another table speaking with the manager and leaving their meal also.

   After being seated the service was outstanding constantly checking in on us to make sure we were ok or if we needed any drinks . Food was very tasty with plenty of flavour just amazing . Price was very reasonable as well . Just a very happy experience. Would highly recommend the Centra Hotel 😊
