   Once again a fantastic meal under the brilliant talented chef/owner Tony! The striped Bass was delectable with a delicious sauce that went perfectly with a side order of roasted vegetable! Will be back very soon!

   Very delicious food. We go there often and pretty much have had all the Menu once already. The menu changes a bit to use the fresh seasonal foods. You can taste the quality of the local food. I'm begging to think their a fusion of the old recepies from the Owner coupled with the cooking Academy the Chefs may have there. It's the best Ital-American food I've tasted. Undoubtly, the Best food in the aera. When I miss my time lived in Roma & Firenze, I go there for some food.

   First time here and food was really quite good. Sea Trout crudo was fresh and accompanied by perfectly pickled cucumbers. Gnocchi with lamb neck ragu was exceptional. And Quince Pie with fruit from my excellent server’s own tree. I do wish the wine by the glass list had more local Sonoma options…I’ve always felt farm-to-table should include beverages when possible. Loved the vibe of the place including what appears to be an original market serving bar.

   The restaurant was not busy yet our service was very slow. Drink orders were wrong twice. Pork chops were very dry.

   Never disappoints. Every dish. Thoughtfully and lovingly layered and delicious. Prefer Central Market to highly produced and manicured Michelin targeted or celebrity chef restaurants. Great casual vibe with flavors that rival any dining experience. Great food without the pretense.

   We brought friends visiting from New York to Central market and had a wonderful dinner. Everyone loved their meal and couldn’t get over how fresh and nicely prepared the food was. Service was excellent as well. We are locals and we come here rather frequently for special occasions and will continue to do so.

   This was our second vidit to Central Market and once again, had an outstanding meal. The tasty focaccia was crispy yet soft in the center, with Toma cheese and olive oil. We could habe made a meal of this! The Seafood Bucatini had fresh fish and a delightful seafood flavored sauce. Rigatoni a la Norma had an eggplant ragu. Both dishes were outstanding and the handmade pasta a real treat. Speaking of treats, the made to order dark chocolate tart and the pineapple upside down cake, both served with fresh whipped cream, were absolutely yummy. Our server was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and mindful of my food allergies. All in all, a truly delightful dinner!

   Wonderful meal from the starter of BBQ Spicy duck wings over a slaw through desert of pineapple upside down cake it was great. Love the “busy” atmosphere and interesting menu. When in Petsluma it’s a must try!

    We had a party of six and after reading reviews, we were very excited to attend Central Market. However, it was a disappointment overall. I’m not sure if the wait staff is overworked or if they don’t enjoy their jobs, but they are definitely lacking in customer service. It took over ten minutes to get water and have someone talk to our party. And when they did, it was as if we were wasting their time. We tried to order the Chef’s tasting menu, but were quickly told the chef was gone and there was no tasting menu. This pattern of things not being available continued as our party tried to order our meals and drinks. It would have been nice to hear what wasn’t available before our order. The food was good overall. But the restaurant was loud, it took a long time to get drinks and even little things like ice to go with the lukewarm water they served.
