Centro 336 is a farm to fork Italian restaurant located in Hampton Bays, New York. Serving dinner daily, all of our menu items are made in house using many of the East End’s local, in season produce. Our menu centers around family recipes including fresh homemade pasta, individual pizzas from our wood burning oven and dishes with Mediterranean touches, such as clams oreganata, grilled octopus and zucchini chips. Our bar boasts a craft cocktail menu with drinks infused with basil, mint and rosemary grown at the restaurant. While our extensive wine list compliments our plates and customers’ tastes with wines by the glass which will enable customers to sample wines from all regions, or bottles from our glass wine cellar. The location features a main dining room, catering rooms, bar area, separate lounge area, wine cellar and outdoor patio with a wood burning fireplace - perfect for a romantic dinner or your next event year round!

It was great! There is a new owner and we wanted to try it out. Very different from what we were used to, but fully enjoyed our meal! Khan, one of the managers made us feel right at home!

Went to dinner last evening with 3. couples. I started with the mussels which were amazing, sauce was delicious. My wife had the calamari, she said it was the best she had ever had, fresh and crispy. Three of us had the huge pork chops, tender and cooked just right. The owner/chief personally came out to check on us and sent a complimentary desert for all of us after he heard three of us were celebrating birthdays. All in all a very enjoyable experience with great food and good friends.

We enjoyed our meal, but Carbonara should be served with different pasta.

I have Been a customer of Centro from Day 1, Mgmt , ownership was great Food was excellent. Since it changed over I have given it 3 trys , Last night the food was Okay , but not mind Blowing , like it use too be , No Italian rest should put out American rolls , on the table , Olives , cheese , Coponatta . No more . Whole Bronzino is a must which is my go to, and Menu and Wine list is limited to American Italian dishes. If it isn't broke Dont Fix it , bring back old Menu from before and the wine list is a Must. Service is good , and Mgmt shouldn't walk around with a Man Bun. that's not a Place. Keep Trying your almost there

Vincent, I could not agree with you more, "If it isn't broke don't fix it". As we reopened Centro to Centro 336 we had this in mind, in fact the menu is about 90% the same as the original down to the guys in the back of house that are cooking. That said, I do apologize you feel as if we fell short. We are always striving to put out a constant product. In regard to the manager with "A man bun"; Nick, is not only kind and accommodating but a down right gentleman! I will be the first to admit I am and old school mentality and prefer to be clean cut for myself. That fact has never influenced how we hire. Although you may have not liked his appearance, it speaks nothing to his character or whether or not it is the place for him as was inferred by your comments. We appreciate your feedback!

It was only my husband and I last night for his birthday. The place was empty, it was a Monday & the time when only the locals are around and it was perfect just the 2 of us. It’s great to have a restaurant all to yourself the attention is better and the noise level is extremely low and great jazz music. The bartender last night she made an excellent spicy margarita, and the food was delicious. Have already recommended the place.
