Centro 86 is an extraordinary margarita bar. Extra-selected tequila, extra-special margaritas, extra-delicious popcorn. Like peering through a psychedelic periscope and drinking in an alternate reality, Centro 86 transforms the basement of 86-88 Pitt St into a monument to margaritas and a temple of tequila. Inspired by the classic cantinas of Mexico the bar pushes the perception of what a margarita can be.

The 100 strong tequila selection is fuelled by trips to the source in Mexico and includes agave spirits from around the world. We’ve pushed our connections to get our hands on some truly special, rare bottles. Layered Latin cantina classic drinks, filtered through the infamous MUCHO lens, shaped by Cantina OK! and Bar Planet. Precise, fresh fruit-driven, fun and chaotic. Ice-cold glasses, hand pressed lime juice, ice shaved-to-order, and a thoughtful use of the modern Sydney pantry. Our menu is designed to feel familiar and fresh at the same time.
