Centro Castellano is a fantastic establishment that is heavily influenced by the Castellana architecture. The interior incorporates an array of whitewashed masonry, murals and glazed tile, as well as plenty of photographs that adorn the walls.                         Muy rica la comida el mesero Jesus super atento, excelente servicio, nos dio la recomendación de una paella con Rib Eye riquísima, al igual que la tradicional paella valenciana, pulpo al ajillo y el clericot. Todo de 10
