Ceres Distilling Co is a family owned Craft Distillery named after the hamlet of Ceres. Ceres, located close to Geelong was settled in 1830 and has a significant agricultural history.

We offer a range of our signature gins, tasting paddle, cocktails and food that focused on small local producers. Simple and tasty finger food. We will add to our offer shortly an experience of making your own gin.
Located on warehouse complex in Grovedale, you can enjoy your gin experience right next to impressive distillery set ups.

Absolutely loved this experience. The content was fantastic and the food was good but the hosts were amazing. So welcoming and knowledgeable. Loved every part of the gin making. Patiently waiting a month so we can see how our gin comes out!

A hidden gem in the Geelong region. Quality, relaxed food, outstanding whisky and gin, along with great value cocktails. The community needs to get behind places like this.

The food here was fabulous. We shared a charcuterie board and then a few very tasty pizzas. We all had different drinks and everyone enjoyed them. I wanted to try something different and the young man working there, listened to what I like, then proceeded to make me a wonderful gin cocktail. The prices were great too. This distillery is hidden away in Grovedale, but I'd recommend it in a heartbeat
