Overall experience was absolutely acceptable. Only problem we had was our waitress threw our food out, but they compensated and gave us two free meals to go for mistake made , other than that everything was above and beyond and was a great experience. Definitely will be returning to dine. (Attended On Valentines)

Food and drinks were excellent. Good ambiance. I would definitely go back. I highly recommend the churrasco a lo pobre.

Gloomy Monday Night In New Haven with the weather but the cocktails, a strawberry caprioska, crafted by Walter, the manager/owner along with the beef heart skewers off the dinner menu made for the perfect night off and evening, a quick way to turn your day around. A great staple and go to spot if your at Yale and/or in downtown New Haven.

Food is great! I ordered the parihuella and it was a great choice!! Amazing pisco cocktails, food prices are normal and service was impeccable.

Great experience, the place was really nice, had a good atmosphere, the employees were nice, and the food came out pretty fast. I got the Lomo Saltado and de leche tigre, it was amazing, highly recommend it. A little bit pricey but it's worth it for the quality of food.

If you’re looking for authentic and sophisticated Peruvian cuisine, chacra pisco-bar is the spot. The dishes are fresh and beautifully presented and the staff are top notch, profesional and friendly. The bar has a big variety of pisco and the bartender is as knowledgeable about all of them. It’s a true hidden gem and I highly recommend it.

Four of us had dinner at Chakra. We dined at 6:30 on a weekday evening. And it was very quiet. There was a soccer game on TV and the restaurant got much busier as the evening progressed. We have spent time in Peru and were hoping that we would find the food at Chakra authentic. It was and we loved everything. We will happily return.

We were greeted cordially right away. It was a lovely evening so we chose to sit in the lovely terrace. There are a lot of interesting cocktails on the menu. I had the pisco sour. My husband had a piscojito. They were beautiful and delicious. The appetizers were a standout. We had beef skewers, a corn and Lima bean salad and fried yucca. I had the lomos saltados and my husband had seafood stew. Delicious Peruvian dishes.
