Connu pour son service exceptionnel, le Chama Gaucha propose une authentique "churrascaria" avec plus de 10 coupes de viandes savoureuses, dont l'agneau, le porc, le poulet et le bœuf, sur des brochettes sculptées par un gaucho à côté de la table. En plus de plusieurs morceaux de viande, le service met à disposition un bar à salades fraîches et abondantes, ainsi qu'un panier de traditionnels et appétissants pains au fromage pao de queijo. We have eaten here for years and this has always been our favorite Brazillian steakhouse. Last night it seems that some of the items on the buffet have been removed and the meat service was very slow and not offering a lot. We will come back again for sure just to make sure that it wasn't just an off night.

As a person that frequents the many Brazilian steakhouses Houston has to offer, Chama Gaucha has got to be at the top of the list. There’s a wide selection of meats, and they are all cooked to absolute perfection. The salad bar is also robust, lots of fresh veggies and internationally inspired options. The highlight, however, is the service…IMPECCABLE! Never and empty glass, every single meat made it to our table (without having to ask), never had to “find” a waiter. The full service experience makes this place so worth it.

Although this wasn't our first or second time get, it was still a Great experience. Service was great. Food was good. My son enjoyed his birthday!

The only disappointment regarding our recent dining experience is the hostess who seated us. She provided no proper greeting and never cracked a smile while simply instructing us to wait until the table is ready. We had one of the first seatings for the day (with reservation) and were right on time. No explanation was provided as to why we had to wait.

At first the wait staff was on point. Bartender was fantastic! After about 30 minutes we had to start asking for the carvers to come bring us shrimp and steak. They never offered anything but beef and 1 chicken carver. It was kind of disappointing. Otherwise the food was good.
