   Chama is one of my favorite restaurants and have always enjoyed the food, service, and value. For some reason, we were sat in the bar area with three kids tonight even though there were multiple empty tables in the dining room. The service and amount of meat skewers that came to our table was well below acceptable. I specifically asked for two different meats and neither came. I cannot stress enough; Do not sit in the bar area.

   Outstanding restaurant to eat at. Yes it is pricey but OMG, the experience is worth it!!!!! Took my wife and daughter there for Valentine’s Day. It was our first time eating there and we were absolutely floored by how fantastic the food is. The service was impeccable and the ambience was just awesome!!!! This is our new favorite spot to eat!!!!

   Chana Gaucha was a vibe as always! The staff was very professional and courtesy. At my own fault I was about 30 mins later for my reservation but I called ahead of time to let them know and they were very accommodating. This was a great experience for my son’s 17th birthday.

   Been going here for years, and today was a different experience. My husband and I understand that it’s busy, but we’ve only seen our main server 2-3 times. The service today was kinda disappointing, and hoping to have a better experience next time we visit.

   This time we were for lunch, the flow of food runner was lacking just a little but it was noticeable. I was waiting on food for at least 5 min twice. Asked for shrimp twice and it took a while. Overall service and food was excellent! We are definitely coming back.

    I made a reservation for 4 people for 12:00noon Restaurant opens at noon. I arrived a little bit before 12 and hostest check my reservation. She asked me to wait a few minutes. However, host keeps sitting all walking customer agead of us. I think there is no point on making a reservation if they will give preference to walking customers. During lunch we keep asking the waiters for a specific item, they keep saying they will send it our way without luck. We asked a total of 5 waiters until finally somebody send them to our table right before we leave when we already finish eating. Overall I was not pleased with the service we received today. Especially, if they will not honor your reservation.
