   Drinks and Apptizers were amazing but dinner was not …the steak had a weird after taste …we complained but they did not want to comp it ….overall vibes of the place was beautiful and great music and entertainment

   Me encanta chambao, el ambiente es extraordinario, la atención muy buena salvo la hostes, regularmente son las que llegan a ser demasiado incómodas, te ven horrible, pretenden llevarte a la peor mesa, afortunadamente no era mi primera vez y eso no sucedió, deberían poner más atención en que la bienvenida no sea así de incomoda! Ya adentro lo olvidas con los meseros y bailarines

   Place has excellent food but turned into a nightclub at 9, the music was pumped suddenly, and our conversation ended- then we had a hard time paying them, probably because they could not hear what we were saying- had to walk up to the register to pay. So if your dining here finish by 8:30 unless you like sudden madness.

   Place honestly was a 9/10, am giving that rating cause it was a little loud more than expected and also they recommended us a pera salad which was bad to be honest but managers and waiters were making sure everything was good and removed the salad out of the check as well, honestly can’t talk bad about this places cause it’s definitely a vibe

   Bien, realmente estoy decepcionada de esta visita, primeramente. Reservé un paquete de $6300 pesos, el cual incluían ciertas cosas las cuales prometían estar en forma a nuestra llegada, primero decir que la espera fue de aprox. 40min se prometía una mesa adornada con pétalos vela ,champagne lista, para nuestra sorpresa nos querían sentar en una mesa regular sin absolutamente nada por lo cual se pagó. Obviamente expresé mi descontento con la hostes y nos envió a esperar a la barra otros 20min. La comida regular,. llegamos a la mesa y la champagne tardo otros 10 min. el servicio dejó mucho que desear en especial un capital por el cual discutió con mi pareja ya que se nos quería volver hacer un cobro de $7mil pesos (suponiéndose que habíamos pagado por adelantado un paquete y únicamente debíamos pagar la diferencia de bebidas y si gustábamos agregar servicio) que fue pésimo. Además de que dejamos de propina $300 pesos y el mesero a cargo de nuestro servicio de mala forma tomó el dinero. En fin. Volvería? No. Pagamos por una experiencia regular. Si no es que mala.

    The restaurant overbooked the space for Valentine day. We had a booking for 10.45 and we had to wait for an hour to be seated.
