Located at the heart of Maple Ridge, Chameleon brings a chic, sophisticated restaurant and lounge to life. 25ft ceilings with an open kitchen concept breathe new life to a timelessly stylish, sexy, and fun space.

Executive Chef Dan has created an innovative, seasonally inspired menu that, like the Chameleon, changes its appearance with its surroundings. Our intentions are to showcase the Pacific Northwest through seasonally inspired dishes and cocktails.

    Very expensive for the quality of food and wine selection. There were jalapeños in the tuna appetizer… which I did not see listed on the menu…. Unfortunately the duck was cold. We sat upstairs so perhaps it was hot when it left the kitchen as the broccolini was warm. They ask when reserving on open table if it is a special occasion… which it was but there was no mention. The service was good but we won’t be back.

    I ordered the rib eye and woke up this morning thinking about how delicious it was! Everyone's meal in our party was exceptional. Our server Meghan was beyond fantastic. My possible only complaint is that I personally don't love sitting too close to the kitchen, that being said I didn't request a different table and considering we were so close the sound level was still great! Thank you again for the lovely dining experience.

    Atmosphere was vibrant, food and cocktails were delicious, and servers were very friendly. Unfortunately we were only a table of 2 and we chose a night that had several large parties that were seated before us. The kitchen was obviously slammed and so food took a very long time to come out. The basket of bread however slightly held us over until our food arrived. However it was worth the wait. The food was decadent! Because of the service delays, they comped a dessert for us which was a nice gesture.

    We always have such a wonderful time here. However tonight I booked a reservation a month in advance for a birthday celebration (4 people) and wasn’t told at that time of booking that there would be a 2 hr sitting and after we’d need to leave. We had barely had sat down and poured water when we were informed of this. Very disappointed as this felt rushed and not at all the celebratory event we would have liked.

Upon looking into the reservation, it shows that you booked with us on OpenTable on Sunday, October 13th for a table of 4. Our dine time is outlined in our policy on OpenTable upon booking a reservation with us. We always inform our guests immediately upon arrival as a reminder so there is no shock at the end of the dine time. Unfortunately, this is standard in the restaurant industry to accommodate our later reservations for the evening. We appreciate the feedback & take all of our guests comments & concerns to heart. We hope you'll join us again & we can do our best to accommodate a longer dine time. Thank you, Chameleon Management

    Small place with kinda weird ambiance but the service is good and noise low. The food was good, and we felt it was a teensy overpriced but it’s a ‘boutique’ restaurant so whaddya expect?! Will go back!
