   The Crab Wontons and cocktails were delicious. Very convenient location to LCA.

   The young lady at the Bar was very rude for no reason. I had been looking forward to coming here for so long and I just didn’t feel welcomed at first arrival. It kind of set the tone for the rest of the visit unfortunately. I hope others have a better experience than I had.

   Manager had the worse attitude I ever experienced. Drinks was late and table reservations was 45 mins late. Never will I ever go back

   Made reservations here and for dinner and they were having an event. Showed up at the front door and they told me my reservation has been canceled. Had to figure something else out. Would have been nice to know before I got to the door.

   My sons recommended Chandelier for an early evening dinner and I must admit it was an excellent choice. Went there before a concert at the Fox and was happy with the choice as we were pondering where to go. Went there before had the lobster fried rice, it was excellent. Also have the shrimp tempura and fried chicken wings. Both were tasty. We will definitely return to try other dishes and drinks.

   This past weekend my friends and I decided to visit Detroit Chandler. I arrived first and waited 15-20 minutes for a hostess to notice me. Then she approached me looking at her phone the entire time. I told her I had reservations, she’s tells me I don’t. Show her the confirmation and still say, “ I don’t”! I didn’t want to go back and forth so I allow her to sit me at this table by the bar. Not one single person approach or asked if I need anything for another 15 min. I started feeling upset about service so I decided to leave. Chandelier Detroit staff is unprofessional and a joke. I’ve never experienced such rude customer service and I dine out at very expensive restaurants. Chandelier Detroit please train employees to be professional and attentive to customers. You will lose good business for terrible customer service!!!!!!!

   The service was just okay. We were the only people in the entire restaurant and the server still wasn’t attentive. We ran out of water and asked for refills numerous times. She did not bring out any sauce that we had asked for. She also did not tell us the price of anything nor is there anything listed online for prices. There’s no website for the restaurant either. Ended up paying $65 a person for all you can eat sushi thinking that it was going to be around $35-$45. The food was great, don’t get me wrong, but we were not informed of anything else price wise. The server also did not provide a detailed receipt showing costs so we really had no idea what they were charging us for.

    Chandelier Detroit offers an exceptional dining experience with great service and delicious food. The all-you-can-eat sushi option was a highlight, allowing us to sample a variety of rolls that were all wonderfully prepared. The venue's recent remodel adds to the overall ambiance, creating a pleasant atmosphere for dining. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and would definitely return for more!
