   Thought I would try and man should I have read the reviews first. They are exactly right. You sit forever waiting and when they come they act like it's an inconvenience. You don't get all the options on the menu and what you do get is minimal. This is over rated and over priced. You are sitting in a VWF dining hall like place with just tables piled on top of each other. Twice the price of Texas de Brazil and half the food and service. Will not go back nor would I recommend to anyone. P.S. They also don't acknowledge your open table reservations saying "we use many apps so we sometimes get overbooked". They didn't even acknowledge me showing up on Open Table. Should be 0 Stars!

   Made reservation 7:30 didn’t sit down till 8. Hostess said they overbooked but there were empty seats? Didn’t get greeted or water till 8:30. No food or drink till 9! Once food arrived it was 1oz at a time and then never to be seen again. We never even got a chance a chicken because it was gone before it got to us. Extremely poorly run and the food is substandard and small portions. Now the finish. Two people 3.5hrs / barely any food and your gonna get a bill for 200+ By far the most over rated and under delivered place I ever been too in Ft Walton Beach. Will not recommend or will not go back!

   So we decided to go on Valentines. We kind of anticipated that no matter where we went. It was going to be busy. This restaurant was packed so they were a little behind on the reservations by about 30 minutes which wasn’t bad. I’m from the city, so I’m used to waiting. But I have to say that the weight was worth it. I find myself to be a connoisseur of Brazilian style restaurants. Every major city I go to I eat at such a place. I will say the selection of meat is not as fast as Fogo’s but it is much better. The appetizers were excellent. The meat was succulent and the martinis and other mixed drinks were wonderful. This is going to be a regular spot for us.

   I went to try this place out on Valentines Day with my wife. We had 8 pm reservations but werent seated until 8:30. If you're looking for a cafeteria experience, you'll get that here. Rickety table. Server didn't offer or give us water. 45 min. in busboy comes to refill waters, oh, you dont have any...so sorry. Server never came back to see if we wanted another drink. The meat lacked a key aspect of Brazilian cuisine, the Char. I was questioning if the meat was cooked over flame. Then they tried to charge me for three meals...

   I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was truly disappointing. After being seated, it took about 25-30 minutes before anyone came to greet us or take our drink orders. Then, we waited another 20 minutes for the drinks, which only arrived after we reminded the waitress. The appetizers and salad took nearly 30 minutes to arrive, and when the main course finally started to come out, service became sparse. The selection of meats was also quite limited. I regret not leaving when I noticed other couples, who had been there before us, were still waiting and started to leave. I tried to stay optimistic, but in the end, it was a complete waste of time and $200. I won’t be returning.

   Will not ever go back. We had a reservation and they weren’t ready. We sat at the table 45 minutes they didn’t get our drink order or bring us water or anything meanwhile people coming in after us were getting waited on hand and foot. We left didn’t get a chance to even try the food. It was so bad they didn’t even notice us leave.

   The food was very good with nice seasoning and flavor. Price was reasonable. That’s all the positives I can give. On the downside, our server was terrible. We waited 10 mins before they approached the table, 10 more to take our order and another 25 min to get the starters. Our side dishes and salad came out before the starters. We completed all sides and starters before we had to finally waive down one of the gauchos to stop at the table so we could get some protein.. By that time we weren’t as hungry. We were also never offered a refill of drinks. Waited another 30 min to receive bill and pay. Granted it was Valentine’s Day. The owner or manager stepped to help out, but I still can’t get over our servers lack of attention and service. We were not the only ones who complained about her. The table next to us was served protein before any starters or sides were delivered. Another table just got up and left after 15 min of no service (same server). I would go back but only after I hear about better service.

   Excellent food, but the staff was overwhelmed and needed more help for such a busy night like Valentine’s Day. We were seated right away, but waited 10 minutes for a waitress to acknowledge us and bring bread and take a drink order. Then our waitress was changed and had to confirm our order. It was 30 minutes before got our drinks and could order our appetizer and sides. Those sides and appetizers didn’t arrive at our table for Two hours. we had to complain to another staff member about this. During this two hours we had plenty of meat delivered to the table, so we didn’t get hungry. The ladies room ran out of toilet paper and any attempt to order a second drink was a waste of time. If we go back it will be for lunch when no one is there.

   Very beautiful place to visit. Staff was very patient and polite. Perfect date night place to go and enjoy food everything tasted fantastic. We will be going back!

    Everything was delicious and seasoned perfectly. Sat by the window with a view of the water. Very friendly and enjoyed learning about how the restaurant came into existence.
