    The food is always great. I always order the same thing . . .crab claws and char salad. I hate that I didn’t get our server’s name because she was absolutely the best. Thanks so much

    Had a 745 reservation did not get sat till almost 815. Personally this defeats the point in having a reservation being others that did not have a reservation were told the same wait time.

    For Jackson, Char continues to shine with consistency, ambience, friendly demeanor of staff and of course wonderful steaks, chops and nice variety of vegetable accompaniments. Cocktails are solid and good. Would love to see more variety in wine list with representation of more regions less expensive options, especially by the glass.
