Charley's Steak House is owned by the Woodsby family and has operated in Florida since 1974. Charley’s serves only three-year-old USDA prime and choice Angus steers, aging them four to six weeks for tenderness & flavor and hand-cutting the steaks daily to ensure consistent quality. The steaks are then flame-broiled over Florida citrus and oak wood in a custom-built pit at 1200º searing in the tantalizing taste that has made Charley’s the #1 steakhouse in America every year since 2007! Charley’s philosophy of providing only the finest extends from the kitchen to the wine cellar. The wine list approaches 500 selections from scores of exceptional wineries around the globe. Charley’s has been recognized with numerous awards including “Best of Award of Excellence” from Wine Spectator magazine, DiRōNA and Orlando Magazine’s“ Best Steak House & Best Old Favorite”.     Beginning with the hostess, the managers, the server, and the waitstaff, everyone provided a great dining experience. The wine, salad, bread, the meatballs, the New York strip, the shareable potatoes au gratin, and the Butter Cake were all excellent.

    A very warm welcome from Jennifer at reception . Shown to a lovely booth . Michael out server was excellent . He was vey knowledgable and listen to our requests intently . Blue Crab matinee starter was faultless with a lovely mustard dipping sauce . The wedge salad with blue cheese and warm lardons was outstanding . Our bone in rib eye steak was perfectly cooked . It was tender and flavoursome . Best steakhouse in Florida !

    We had a wonderful dinner. We had party of 8. It is rare my siblings and I can all be together with my parents at the same time. This was the perfect location for us to do so. The atmosphere was perfect and quiet enough to have conversations. Our server Xavier was knowledgeable and helpful. He helped us to select 2 bottles of wines. We love that we were able to sample some wines before selecting bottles. All of our meals were delicious. Appetizers, Main dishes, Sides and Desserts. We hope to come back again when we are in town. Very happy with everything. Thanks for a wonderful night for our family.

    I go to Charley’s if I’m in Florida. I took 5 first timers and they all loved it. The steaks were excellent and one friend said 10/10 on the bison. It isn’t cheap but the best never is nor should be. The service matched everything else. Thanks again!

    As always amazing food, great service from Stacy in the best Steakhouse in or around Orlando and possibly the best in Florida and that’s saying something

    We always love it at Charley’s. Today we celebrated our youngest daughter 10th birthday, it was her choice to come to Charley’s. Love it !
