Charley's Steak House is owned by the Woodsby family and has operated in Florida since 1974. Charley’s serves only three-year-old USDA prime and choice Angus steers, aging them four to six weeks for tenderness & flavor and hand-cutting the steaks daily to ensure consistent quality. The steaks are then flame-broiled over Florida citrus and oak wood in a custom-built pit at 1200º searing in the tantalizing taste that has made Charley’s the #1 steakhouse in America every year since 2007! Charley’s philosophy of providing only the finest extends from the kitchen to the wine cellar. The wine list approaches 1000 selections from scores of exceptional wineries around the globe. Charley’s has been recognized with numerous awards including “Best of Award of Excellence” from Wine Spectator magazine, DiRōNA and Orlando Magazine’s“ Best Steak House & Best Old Favorite”.     The food was delicious and our servers were all amazing. Very knowledgeable and helpful. So often we feel our age gets us looked over at nicer restaurants but that was not the case here. They treated us wonderfully and I will for sure be back soon.

    Service was slow and lacking attention. Had to tell the server we wanted to order our dinner and when we were done at 9:30 pm. I took another hour to have dessert and get our bill. I did have a really good ribeye

    We went there saturday night . We ordered a new item on the menu Black Grouper cheeks!OMG! They were delicious I now a couple of other Charley"s have them on the menu. We asked about them a couple of times. Finally they were there. We also ordered our delicios filet plus our wonderful lobster tail. Everything was so good. Couldn't have asked for a better meal. We had our regular server Stephanie! She is absolutely the best. She always knows what we want or need. Ask for her every single time. Our experience was out of this world. Everyone should give Charley's a try. It is the best!!

    It was a wonderful experience and Bill our main server along with all the others that assisted did a fabulous job. The food was delish. My only negative comment would be the noise level. We could not here each other or Bill when he was explaining all the products? Not sure if it was the room or the acoustics, but it was challenging and we are not soft spoken people! :)

    The food was excellent as it has been the past two times we have gone. The crab cake is phenomenal. The mushrooms were too salty for me to eat but everything else was delicious. Patsy was our server and she was excellent. Very personable and accommodating. Always a great place to celebrate our birthdays!
