Our lounge areas feature a mix of functional vintage and retro-styled sofas, loungers and armchairs to surround your group in the comfort of your own personal living room.

A spirit/liquor list is a function of your cocktails, our brand selection evolves as we explore new and exciting flavours or go back to timeless classics. We rigorously test every aspect our cocktails before any make the printed menu. Whether it’s ice quality, glassware, freshly squeezed or organic cold pressed juice, quality in the final product demands quality in all ingredients.

Charlotte is the gift that keeps on giving. The ambiance is like nothing else I can find in Ottawa. Stefan was on his first night, but made me and my girlfriend feel like we’re the only people That mattered in the bar. Extensive knowledge of the menu, great recommendations, and an outgoing personality. Thanks for making our night special chief.

We didn’t have food so ignore that score. Charlotte is always great for a cocktail, if a bit on the pricey side. The cocktail I wanted wasn’t available that evening for some real and my second choice was $5 more. It was really good though, and great friendly service. We were very early, so the place was pretty quiet. I know I’ll be back, and look forward to another enjoyable time there.

Great experience with an “accidental” wine tasting. We showed up on a Wednesday, where there was a formal wine tasting. We were able to order the wine flight and food pairing. The wine and the sommelier were great, but it felt overpriced for what we received (3 x ~2 oz wine plus a very small meat/cheese plate). Regardless, it was a very good experience in a cozy place with a cool vibe.

The staff have no urgency to serve you. Waited almost a half hour and no one came up to bring water or at least to say they’d be with us soon. Ended up walking out.

I really liked the atmosphere at Charlotte. We were on comfortable little couches and the venue was quiet enough on a weekday evening for a great conversation. The food is excellent too. I think the cocktails were a little underwhelming and we’d love to see more variety with things like fruity, refreshing drinks. The cocktails that we had were syrupy and not really what we were after. I would still come again and overall we had a great experience.

Booked a reservation for a bachelorette party of 11 people, didn’t put down that it was a special event but the staff made our group feel so special and were so accommodating. We ordered a round of shots and without even asking they added two non-alcoholic shots for two people who weren’t drinking which made them feel so included. The food was delicious and the atmosphere was perfect. I cannot recommend this place enough! I will be telling every single person I know about it!
