Where Pacific Northwest cuisine takes a contemporary twist. Situated on the 16th floor of Lotte Hotel Seattle, Charlotte Restaurant & Lounge offers sweeping views of Elliott Bay. Imaginative dishes are crafted with fresh and local ingredients, paired perfectly with carefully curated, seasonally-changing cocktails.

Join us at Charlotte Restaurant for a four-course wine and food pairing dinner, featuring Alex Sokol President and 2nd generation wine maker at Sokol Blosser Family Winery in Willamette Valley. Alex is partnering with our Chef, Jon Park. These two have a special night in store for you. The menu will include Smoked Pork Tartlet, Pairing of Scallop & Foie Gras, Tea Smoked Duck with Roasted Chestnut Puree and Stone Fruit Upside-down cake. We are so excited to partner with Sokol Blosser Winery, in 2002 they were awarded with the LEED certification recognizing sustainability practices and also have the distinction of being a B-Corp recognizing their commitment to the earth and the people before profits, giving back to the people and the land.

The food was very mediocre. The portion sizes were small. The fish was extremely overcooked.

The beef ribs and filet mignon were great. Nice wine list. Very attentive and nice waitress.

Food is just so lackluster and always missing something - even missing things listed on the menu description (like no radish sprouts on the salmon Benedict). The service is really poor and the amount of pretentiousness not merited at all.

my wife and i experienced aqua, el gaucho, the met, cap grill, and many other high end dining experinces. this was our first time at charlotte and will be our last. the food was below subpar in quality that it does not justify the price of the meal. service was wonderful minus the fact that the server did not acknowledge 20% gratuity was already included in the bill. being silent opens up customers to potentially over tip without knowing.

Really wanted to like this place. Beautiful space, great ambiance, amazing view. Everyone was kind as we get settled. Then we waited 30 minutes to get seen by a server. We said we’re ready to order. He said hold on and then went and had a whole conversation with another table. Ok do your thing. We quickly realized there were about 6 food runners/busters and just him as a server. He deserved some help. We got our dishes quickly but of course they forgot one. No way we were going to try and wait to get someone’s attention and reorder. Ruined a birthday. I’ll go again if they’re around in 5 years and someone i trust insists.

Food was phenomenal all around. We started with the rye bread and the pork belly appetizer, which were both amazing. My wife had the cacio e pepe and I had the short rib with risotto, which both had excellent depths of flavor.

It was my teenager/family birthday brunch celebration and she was not offered something special. Food is fair, maybe during brunch only and other time of the day is good. Hope to see improvement on food since the Hotel, ambiance, location and staff are nice. Thanks.

In such a beautiful restaurant, with great food…. It was hard to for me to grasp the service was easily the best part. Latte was good as well.

The food was just awful Chef is putting things together for the sake for color rather than taste. And it’s extremely salty. It’s a typically another Michelin wanna be kinda restaurant, but at least get the food right. It’s 100% not worth it

Beautiful space with a spectacular view. The crab bisque and seated foie gras were wonderful. The roast chicken was overcooked. The red velvet cake was delicious. Service was a bit slow and apathetic for a fine dining restaurant.
