Service was much slower than in the past. And not that busy. Food took a very long time to appear - service person not in area. Food was good but not very hot - like it had been sitting for a while. Overall. Mixed.

Charm is not going to survive if the service doesn’t change. We sat and looked watched our drinks sit at the bar for over 15 minutes while the bartender served others. We were less than 2 feet away from the bar and could have grabbed the drinks. We had to ask for napkins and cutlery when our appetizer came and the whole experience just isn’t worth it. Flavors are great, but people around us were getting mad as well.
