    Christmas dinner for seven. A well thought-out fixed price menu with plenty of options. Portions were large and the food quality was excellent. Well done Chart House!

    Our experience was really bad. It was Christmas and the entire staff was frazzled and out of sorts. Our reservation was at 5:30 and they didnt seat us til 6pm. We didn’t got out of there until close to 8:30…they didn’t bring our water until our entrees were served and our poor waitress was basically in tears by the time our check came. The food was so mediocre, the lava cake had no lava bc over cooked and our key lime pie was basically warm from being left out too long.

    I must warn people, never go here on Christmas. I appreciate that they are open, and people are working on Christmas for those of us who do not do Christmas dinner at home. However, it was over 3 hour dinner, food not cooked. Asked for the manager he/she never came over. They forgot to bring dessert, it was a mess from the minute we checked in. Our server was sweet but took forever to serve us, forgot things, and not a good experience at all. We won’t be back! I think the only thing that keeps this place in business is the view because service was La king and food was just ok and filet was way under cooked. I’d share a picture but I don’t want people to get grossed out.

    We just enjoyed a wonderful Christmas dinner at the Chart House. Jose was a fabulous waiter and the food was outstanding. I highly recommend this restaurant.

    It was our first time to this Charthouse. Perhaps Christmas is not the day to go. We arrived about 15 minutes before our 4:15 pm reservation time and were seated an hour AFTER our reservation time. This is not ideal when you have your 91 yr old father in tow. The food was very good, although I didn’t realize it was going to be a limited prix fixe menu. I guess I should have considered that possibility and checked their website, but it was a surprise to me. Overall, the food, service and ambience were great…but I had specifically booked a time to enjoy the 4:45 pm sunset during our dinner, and that didn’t happen. Bummer.

    Wonderful as always Service was great. The food was great. The atmosphere was great. The managers are great. What can I say? It doesn’t get any better. It was just very busy.

    Unfortunately our experience was not great this year. We were not prepared for a prefixed menu. It was a huge disappointment and the quality of the food was not good. On a positive note the bar was great and the drinks were delicious. We have come here for many years for all our special occasions. Very expensive and not a great experience at all.
