   The food outside the appetizers is absolute garbage. You’re here for the view and cocktails. Spinach salad looked like someone who didn’t know how to cook chopped some spinach and dumped and entire can of crumbled bacon on the side. $51 sea bass was undercooked and cold when it came to the table. Ordered a bunch of other stuff like miso black cod and risottos and pastas and all tasted like crap. This place desperately needs a new chef with some tastebuds.

   Not only was our service extremely slow, but our food wasn’t up to par with what we have come to expect from the Chart House. We ordered a steak that was over cooked and dry and to top it off we didn’t realize we weren’t given steak knives. Trying to get our server’s attention was nearly impossible and when we finally did get the steak knives the steak was already getting cold. But the absolute worst part of the experience was our appetizer! We ordered the meatballs with ricotta cheese. When it arrived it was nothing but melted ricotta in sauce and the meatballs themselves had a very hard consistency. Both of us felt ill after we got back home from the restaurant and we are fairly sure it was those meatballs.

   Amazing as usual! We were able to secure a late night reservation, service was great, food came fast and was delicious. You can’t beat the views from up there!

   I recently went on a limited diet including ingredients and they went well out of their way to satisfy my needs. The service was fantastic and we greatly appreciated their willingness to accommodate a narrow diet.

   Entire party enjoyed their fish entrees, all different and presented beautifully. The Crème Brûlée tasting was a perfect end for the evening. Definitely recommend.

    One word, Jose. The chart house has great food, ambience and views of course. It's the people you interact with that take the experience to the next level For our experience, Jose made all the difference. Please give that young man some recognition, he is the the kind of person you want representing your brand.
