    We had a great server. Food was ok, steak overcooked, lobster too salty to eat. Hostess rude! Impatient. Just an overall bad export the price. Bill was over $1100 and it was a 3 star max.

    An exquisite way to celebrate Christmas! Enjoy family without having to shop, cook, clean. The food was fantastic!! A set 3-course meal with just the right number of options. Perfect in every possible way we will most certainly be ba k!

    You have to try the Chart House for the holidays! Their special holiday menu offered many selections- there was something for everyone! I had the New York Strip steak medium rare and it was cooked to perfection. Others in our party had the Chilean sea bass with lobster risotto and raved about it! The service was excellent and well paced! Our experience at The Chart House made a great Christmas memory! And you can’t beat the view of the Dana Point Harbor! Merry Christmas everyone!

    We had the fixed menu that was offered. The choices were all great and a good value for a 3 course meal! Everything was delicious. Service was very slow but understandable as it was Christmas Eve. Our server Melisa was professional and friendly. She really made up for the slow service.

    Horrible service! Food was either cold or overcooked. Music was loud and not befitting of Christmas. The whole restaurant was in chaos!

    Eric our server and his support staff were all great. Caught off guard with the fixed menu on Christmas Eve, however thanks to the crew working it made up for that shortcoming. Everyone enjoyed the meal, just not expecting a limited menu. And we got to maintain our long standing tradition of Christmas Eve at Chart House. We will be back.

    It’s a very busy night if the year, the Holidays, yet they were very organized and apologetic when it took a little longer. Overall, the dining experience with them was amazing ! The holiday menu was very reasonable and very delicious !! The view of the harbor is breathtaking, even at night, seeing all the holiday lights , just perfect !! 💖🌻

    An absolute disaster on Christmas Eve. Our family of 4 had a 5:30 reservation and was finally seated at 5:45. We were seated outside: being cold outside and folding chairs and floppy tables aren’t a Chart House experience for the price of the meal, but we stuck with it after being told we’d have to wait 90 minutes for an indoor table. 10 minutes later, no server, and no water. I went inside to request service. Another 10 minutes…a whopping 35 minutes after our reservation: still no water and no order taken. We got up and left - and of course, still had to pay the valet fee. This was our second terrible holiday experience - same thing happened on Father’s Day…outside, terrible service, subpar experience for the price, but we gave them another chance. Not again. We won’t be back.
