   Have been here many times and food is always wonderful. Prime Rib & calamari are 2 favorites and of course Hot Lave Cake.

   Because there was a large party there the same evening we were, our service and food were compromised. We were there for my dad’s 70th birthday, and it was disappointing to see him unhappy with the meal he had been looking so forward to. His steak was dry, potatoes were bland, and the salad lacked dressing. Our reservation was at 5:30, and it took over an hour before our salads even came out. We didn’t even leave until 8pm, and that was due to service taking a very long time. Additionally, my special needs sister is a diabetic, and both times her drink was refilled they gave her regular coke instead of Diet Coke, resulting in her blood sugar spiking to over 400 while we were at the table. They were so rushed and not attending to detail, and for a meal that was $600, you’d expect much, much more.

   There were 5 Iof my friends that joined me last night The food was outstanding and our waiter Dan was amazing!!! I live in Georgia but will be back to Colorado in April and we will all be back Thank you Diana

   We have eaten at the Chart House many times over the years. Some times have been better than others as far as food quality. This time was very good. We were pleased.

   Expensive and food was ok. I had a filet mignon that didn’t have any flavor and was chewy. I added shrimp and it was overcooked and uneditable. Lava cake was delicious and kimchi calamari. Service wa ok. We sat without water a couple times. Great views.

   We’ve been coming to chart house my entire life and this is the first time we’ve been really disappointed. We had a reservation and were seated 20 past the reservation time. The table we were seated at was next to screaming children which we understand when it’s busy it can be hard to seat elsewhere, but there were other 2 tops available. Our server was very friendly and we really liked him, he apologized for how busy it was. We were there for a birthday and we come every year for multiple family members birthdays, we were asked which dessert we wanted for it and then got charged. A busser was also on their phone having a conversation while clearing the tables next to us, very unprofessional. Normally love the food but unfortunately this time it felt like a low end restaurant rather than the higher end that we love and expect when we come here. Over all really bummed about the experience.

   Servicer unfortunately was not around for us. Food not prepared as requested. We love chart house so a bit disappointed.

   Moved here in ‘78… one of my fav spots to celebrate events.. first time I’ve had a problem… Reserved a table with a city window view…. Got there on time.. no table available by a window… table of 6 supposedly reserved first … I get it.. but why wasn’t I informed?? I’d have gone to Simms Landing instead, they also have a window view. This is a management problem.. not a server problem. Address it. While I made my complaint clear.. all workers were treated with respect and tipped well ( I’m a former busboy) Fix it….

   The waiter that we had was great! Very helpful and his recommendations were spot on. The only complaint we really have is my husband ordered the lamb chops and they had mostly fat on them with very little meat. I got the Sea Bass with lobster risotto and the Sea Bass was a little fishy, which tends to mean it wasn't very fresh. The risotto was very over done and kind of gummy. BUT, we loved the calamari and the dessert was great too. We will definitely be going back for cocktails and appetizers for sure. We plan on bringing some friends with us too!

    Pretty good as always. Everything was great. Only complaint was the extremely dark parking lot
