    First of all the view was outstanding. And parking was very easy. The service from Wendy our waitress was impeccable and very fun. The food was very good. The crab stuffed shrimp and vegetables was delicious and just the right amount. And finally our anniversary ice cream cake slice was a lovely final touch.

    Server was great. Placed at awkward table by stairs and server helped to move to better table. The food was not well seasoned and not to price point quality. Our server made the experience good.

    Four of us had dinner at Chart house. We were seated at a window table with river view as requested. Three of us had Cesar salads and the fourth chose the salad bar to start the meal. One had the 9 oz filet with mashed potatoes, another had blackened Mahi with seasonal veggies, the the other two ordered the bouillabaisse. My sister and I were disappointed in the bouillabaisse. For $31 we got 5 shrimp, maybe 5 mussels, and a few tiny scallops in a tomato broth with one piece of toast. There were no pieces of fish or clams. While restaurants vary their bouillabaisse ingredients, we agreed that this was the most disappointing preparation that we had ever had anywhere in terms of portion size and composition, especially for the price which did not include salad or side dish. The gentlemen were happier with their selections. Service was pleasant but somewhat slow given the number of tables assigned to our server. Although far from perfect, we still enjoyed the evening. The setting and view are outstanding and the location is good for those with later commitments downtown (we were headed to the symphony).

    Service from all was excellent. Good seemed of less quality from other Chart Houses we are in recently, Colorado. For a $$$$ level restaurant, we were a bit disappointed in some items. Excellent items were the calamari, weak items was the lava cake.

    Bar server S. was super and attentive. Ordered oysters Rockefeller and special twin lobster tails. Came out at same time but S. intervened and made it all good.

    Hubby and I had a wonderful experience at Chart House for our New Year's eve dinner. The food and drinks were amazing, and we had a front row seat to the fireworks. Our server Jordan was outstanding. We can't wait to go again!

    We have been coming to Chart House for New Years Eve on and off for years. This year was, by far, the best experience we've ever had. They were timely with our reservation, the food was delicious and the service was outstanding. Also, have always loved the view.

    Pros ...The ambiance is beautiful and the hostess was very polite. Restaurant is very clean and peaceful. Cons.... Waited over 45 mins for food, lamb chops and steak was undercooked (specifically asked for mid well). Food is overpriced for portion. Basic service from server
