    Pros: Nice ambiance, easy parking lot. Classy place away from the casinos Cons: Xmas menu was gross. Food was low quality. Lobster bisque so salty it was unpalatable. Filet mignon was chewy and low quality meat, lobster tails tasted frozen thawed. Vegetables were soaked in grease. Mixed drinks were boring. Service was fair. I know they were working hard on Xmas and I empathize with that but for example we sat with our entrees for awhile waiting for knives with food getting cold. Courses were not well timed so some food came out right away then others had huge gaps. I’ve been to other Charthouses which are better and this one surprised me how bad it was. For a $200+ meal I expected a lot more.

    The place was packed as it was dinner time on Christmas. We did have a long wait time for our tables as did most customers due to the many large parties. Our meals were delicious as usual and the service was wonderful. We have been coming here for over 30 years and they should consider an up to the layout.

    Christmas Dinner was lovely. Many choices from the Price Fix menu. The Lava cake was such a treat. Excellent wait staff. Impeccable service.
