   Best view in Sarasota! Great sunset view. Food is perfect! We had Prime rib & Filet Mignon. Both perfection & seasoned perfectly. Delicious clam chowder as well. Our server was great & attentive.

   We had a delightful evening. Good service. Delicious food. And great ambiance. The waiter was fine. He rushed us a bit but we kept to our own time enjoying our drink before ordering… At this time of year be forewarned it can become a family dining venue. A bit noisey and running children. Not the restaurants fault. Otherwise we always enjoy

   We were three couples and we all agreed that this is one of the best restaurants in Sarasota. We had an excellent dining experience in every aspect. The service was attentive and our waitress was personable. The menu is varied and everything was properly prepared and served in generous portions and delicious. We tried the Shrimp Stack, Coconut Shrimp, Spinach Dip, Spinach Salad Bar, Bouillabaisse, Black Cod, Sea Bass, Stuffed Shrimp, Key Lime Pie, Mud Pie, and several different coffees. It was a leisurely dining experience in a comfortable setting. We highly recommend it and will return.

   Atmosphere is lovely with the water view and nice interiors. The salad bar is excellent! The entrees were horrible. My shrimp pasta dish had tough shrimp, overcooked pasta in a watery sauce. My friends prime rib looked like a thin cut ribeye. We have been to happy hour there before a had appetizers and salad bar as well as drinks, but that's at the bar which doesn't have a view. I would go again for the happy hour, just not to dinner.

   Food was very mediocre and a few of our items were lukewarm. We were overcharged and the service was subpar. Overall the food was bland and not quality or commensurate to the price for what is considered a high-end restaurant. There are so many better options for quality and tasty food.

   Expensive but lovely- the view is hard to beat! Lots of excellent dinner choices Waiter was good but I do not like to be rushed too order We enjoyed our food!

   Honestly, and I hate writing this, the entire experience was a bit of a let down. We don’t eat at swanky places all that often so maybe my perspective is skewed, but we went here to celebrate our 10th anniversary. I had eaten at Chart House probably 15 or so years ago and I remember it being absolutely amazing. This time, it felt like we left there unsatisfied. For what we paid, I should have been amazed. I love lobster bisque. But the cup I ordered last night was not good. It had two lumps of lobster but the soup itself had split and it tasted almost like it was canned. The prime rib was delicious and so was the key west grouper (despite way too many seasonings on the fish). But for the amount of food, we left there almost hungry. And then the service wasn’t all that fantastic. Maybe they were short handed but our server wasn’t super attentive. Our iced tea sat empty for a long time. I will say the mini lava cake was excellent. We just left there feeling disappointed. Which makes me sad to say because I used to love the Chart House.

   THE go-to for prime rib. Great salad bar, great fish. The magi was delicious. Presentation was beautiful. And they make very creative drinks. Nice view of the water and shoreline. Service was very good but some long server absences with low on drinks. But not unreasonably so. We’ll be back!

    So our server Preston was 5 stars ! Food was very good ! My Coravin pour wine had ‘turned’ Lights were VERY bright Music was rap/pop ( should of been nice chill music )
