   The experience was great. The bartender was amazing. The server wasn’t attentive enough. The filet mignon was overcooked. The view is always spectacular

   We have been coming for years and the food is in a serious down spiral. The New York and filet were cold and over done, sides with meal came out 15 minutes after the mains were served. Grilled Mahi Mahi was hard and chewy. Salad bar was great. Server was amazing. View, outstanding.

   Had a great birthday dinner. The view is like no other, and Mazie, our servierwas so patient and helpful to us making our dinner selections. She was attentive throughout our meal and gave us great service. Excellent drinks (pomegranate martini and Basil Yuzu.) Crab cake was filled with lots of crab and well seasoned (though a little undercooked.) The prime rib was excellent as was the Lobster and shrimp carbonara. The carbonara was a little unusual as it was much creamier than usual. It was enough for two so you could split it. The lava cak was delicious (though a little overcooked) and the mud pie was the best we've had. All-in-all a 5 star experience.

   Had a delicious dinner. The restaurant has an outstanding view. The service was outstanding. The staff is lovely. We had a wonderful dinner.

   We have been going to Chart House in Monterey for many years. Unfortunately last night may be the last time. The service was slow (20 minutes for a shrimp cocktail?) and just not very good in general. Also it was COLD in the restaurant. For the prices we paid I expected much better. Disappointing
