    Good food (highly recommended calamari), a nice view, and a fancy ambiance, but unbelievably poor service. The waiter was rude and careless and forgot 2/3 of our order details (we never got the crab cake, and the size of the lava cake was incorrect). We waited a long time to give the orders (he refused to take the food order until he delivered the drinks first, although we were ready a long time ago). He said he was unavailable to take a photo of us for our anniversary (we had to ask him multiple times), and they miscalculated the bill (asked us to pay more than the bottle prices on the menu). They finally fixed the bill when we asked for it, but never apologized for any aspects of this poor service. Mandatory valet service is also nonsense.

    Service started out great, and then I think they forgot about us. Dirty dishes left on the table for a long length of time, took forever to get server to bring check, and we had to ask for our leftovers, which were left in the back rather than brought to table. Normally we have a great serving experience, sorely lacking this time.

    Even having a reservation we have to wait 20 minutes to be seated. We were given anything including water for another 10 minutes after being seated. The waiter mixed up our white wines later ruining 2 glasses. The food wasn’t amazing but was fair. T Probably won’t go back for a long time. he dessert that needed 30 minutes to make was basically a dry brownie w a small amount of ice cream. I was underwhelmed.

    Karen was perfect as usual. Took all of her suggestions and they were perfect. Will be back again soon!!

    Service was great. The restaurant its self was amazing as well. The food was mid at best. I got the prime rib and it was average. My wife got the shrimp pasta and it was unsatisfying. It would be okay if the prices matched the food but $180 for mid food and a couple drinks is a big insane. My wife and I both agree, we will never be coming to the chart house again.

    The Caesar salad was the most beautiful and delicious Caesar I’ve ever had! Shrimp and scallops were fantastic. Service was lovely.

    Great restaurant with wonderful views of the city. Karen was very pleasant and provided an attentive service. Food was amazing and great cocktails and wines.

    This was an amazing place to go! My fiance and I really enjoyed the environment and the food and drink! Service was outstanding!

    Staff and service were both outstanding! The drinks were worth the price. Our food was delicious, but it felt like main ingredients were a bit skimpy at least in the fish tacos and the Ahi salad.
