   The service was very slow. My steak was barely cooked. I ordered it medium. I ordered a 9 ounce fillet as did my daughter and we were told there was only one left after we waited. A half hour the manager came over and told us there was none left and that I would have to get the smaller cut when I received it it was Rare so I had to send it back

   The staff shines. The food was amazing. We both had filet mignon and baked potatoes. Important to note that the potato was piping HOT - thank you for that, Chart House. (Lukewarm and cold potatoes are never worth eating). Our server Ashleighly (spelling?) was so attentive, kind, efficient and lovely. Every business should have an Ashleighly!

   40 minute wait for our table. Food was bad, lobster bisque was bland. Lobster tails over cooked. Needed a steak knife to cut through rock hard vegetables. Food quality did not match the price. Not once asked if we wanted a drink / refill water. Waitress disappeared and had a long wait to order dessert and cheque, took about 40 mins. I wouldn’t have ordered dessert but it was forced on us as could only order 3 course set menu. Won’t go again

   Dining at The Chart House in Redondo Beach was a great Christmas gift! The staff made us feel like home and the food preparation was awesome! I would also recommend the ocean view as you have a truly memorable experience.

   Proud to say that Redondo Beach is the ninth Chart House (including those that no longer exist) that I've dined in through the years. Redondo Beach typifies the great Chart House's that I've been to in the past in terms of great food, service and atmosphere. Great place for Prime Rib!l

   Made a reservation for Christmas dinner. The restaurant clearly over booked reservations and waited over an hour. When I asked how much longer it would be the hostess informed me that there was 15 people in front of me that still needed to be seated. Restaurant was chaotic with a ton of people standing around the lobby waiting. Tables were empty with no servers to clear them from the previous party. Bar area has dirty glasses all over the counters that took over peoples spaces That we're eating. No manager to he seen. Pure chaos.

   Was on time for reservation and there was a 45 minute wait. The tables were not cleared in the bar area so people could not use. When we got one the service was terrible. Why book so many reservations when Chart House obviously cannot handle them?

   We have eaten at Chart House many times but this time it was Christmas dinner. WOW for the STAFF!!! This place was incredibly busy for hours and the staff couldn’t have been more lovely. They worked so hard, were very efficient, timely and smiling besides. They all deserve something special!

   Our server was slow and not the best. Luckily the server next table over, remembered us from our last visit and he was very attentive, professional and friendly without us asking for anything. Food was overpriced for the stingy and bland portions that were served. Bathroom needed serious upkeep and restocking of everything. Luckily we went before rush hour because I could only imagine everything being worse.

    We go to the Chart House every Christmas. My mother is 91 and quite ill. We understand that this is a busy time for the restaurant, but the wait staff service was not very good this year.
