   We were disappointed in the bartenders, who wouldn’t serve anyone who wasn’t actually sitting at the bar. We had a dinner reservation for 8:30, and we got there about 15 minutes early. The hostess told us we would be seated close to our reservation time, so we went to the bar to get a drink. All seats were occupied, which is fine, but myself and another woman stood and waited for someone to ask us for our order. Both bartenders saw us, and ignored us. It was until a couple left that I was able to sit for a second and order our drinks (I ordered for the woman to try and speed things up). Dinner was great, although a waitress told us she’d be back to get our order and then never returned. Luckily, the GM was able to fix that and get a waitress for us (and she was wonderful).

   I probably should not leave a review. It was Christmas Day dinner & not many restaurants were open, which is expected. In my opinion the restaurant was overbooked & they were understaffed. It was a holiday, so a different day would probably result in a better review. They probably should have limited the amount of reservations and capped a timeframe. It’s 3 floors with food & drinks on the lower floor, which makes it difficult to accommodate patrons. They need to update service stations and to add a bar upstairs to easily accommodate all the levels equally. The food was good.

   It was disappointing to have a 6:30 reservation and to not have been sat until 6:55. I understand that things happen, but when the service was as slow as it was we quickly understood how it happened. However, our server Josh was very energetic and kind, super personable, clearly proud of the food, which was absolutely delicious. He was clearly stretched thin with the number of tables they’d given him to make up for volume. Sometimes you just have to wait for the good stuff, so a wait is something I can get over!

   Honestly disappointed by our experience today. They were running seriously behind, even though we had made reservations. We had 6 different “servers” throughout the night with very intermittent service & long wait times. It was a lot of money for a mediocre pre-fixed menu & chaotic experience. Our Christmas dinner choices were between CH and red lobster; I think we made the wrong choice.

   We’ve been going to the Chart house now for the last four years for Christmas dinner. We appreciate everyone at the restaurant who puts their Christmas aside. So they can serve us. The food was outstanding. The service was outstanding. Our waitress was outstanding. Thank you so much for sacrificing your Christmas so that we can enjoy ours. It is truly appreciated.

   Our waitress Christiana was very pleasant and professional. Our food was served hot and spaced nicely between appetizers and desserts. The food was delicious and the filet steak was cooked to our delight. I highly recommend the Chart House.
