Situé dans la Tower of the Americas, le symbole historique de San Antonio depuis 1968, le Chart House est légendaire pour ses fruits de mer de première qualité, ses succulents steaks et ses desserts décadents. Profitez d'une cuisine formidable, de vues spectaculaires et d'un service exceptionnel, tout en admirant la ville depuis les hauteurs. Un cocktail dans le décor sophistiqué du Bar 601 saura vous détendre. Pour vous rendre, prenez la route 281 direction sud (l'Interstate 37 Sud), sortie 140B (Cesar Chavez). Tournez à droite aux feux de circulation, puis tournez à droite dans le stationnement de la Tower of the Americas. Du centre-ville : par la rue East Market, tournez à droite sur la rue Alamo, puis tournez à gauche sur Cesar Chavez, puis à gauche dans le stationnement. The experience was good food was cold and over priced server was informative but hardly ever came to our table we sat for almost a hour before we had anything on our table so with that said we will not return.

Wonderful experience, the food and service were great! The elevator situation was a little challenging. Just get there early.

The only great thing was our waitress, Stacy. The food was unseasoned and cold.

The restaurant is beautiful and everything was 5 stars. The guy who served us was called Jarvest or something like that, he made our experience the best. He treated us with excellence, he made his greatest effort all the time, we thank him very much for the evening. The manager served us with great professionalism and gave us sweet desserts because we had the inconvenience of waiting more than an hour despite having a reservation. They should take reservations into account more because the wait was very refreshing. Thank God the experience and the treatment of the girl below (Gisela) the manager and the waiter gave us a 5 star experience. We would return and we recommend it.

Waited in the lobby an hour after our reservation. Reservation was for 8:15 and we didn’t get out until 11:30. Waited to be sat, for drinks, and food.

Staff is friendly and professional. All show a concern for the guest. Star of the show was rhe beautiful sunset. A close second was the espresso martini souffle prepared table side. Overall a great night

The seating is so cramped. They have almost no space because they want to fit everyone on the spinning platform, but it's so tight, you have to all the way against the table in order to let people pass behind you, and I'm a small woman (5'5 140 lb). It's very uncomfortable. We were seated 30 minutes late because the party before us was still at the table. Then when we did finally get seated, it took 45 minutes for our entrees to come out. All the food was delicious except the Mahi. It came out so overcooked, I couldn't cut my knife through the almost-burnt breading. It was dry as a bone. The side of rice had bits of undercooked rice in it, and the whole thing was so unappetizing, my husband had it sent back to the kitchen, and I ordered a sea bass on lobster risotto instead, which was delicious as always. Then the dessert took ages to come out. Finally, when we were ready to leave, we were give wrong information and we waited for an elevator that was not in service. All in all, we finally got back in the car at 8:30 pm after a 5 pm reservation. The kids were exhausted. Our server, Katie, was so wonderful, and she did the best she could with a slow kitchen. The manager came out to apologize about the awful Mahi, and they were all very pleasant. It was just way too slow, and that Mahi was really no good at all, especially for the Chart House, since their food is all so perfectly prepared. I wouldn't accept that level of quality from even a place like Chili's. Just a disappointing experience this time around, I'm sad to say.

Amazing experience. Waiter was superb and the floor manager was so helpful and nice to us. He helped us with local information and even some Vegas ideas as we are going to be there in a few weeks. He also paid for our desert. We had a nice bottle wine ($90) and an amazing 4 course meal for just over $350. We bought the most expensive dishes on the menu.
