   I enjoyed every step we took ordering the food, drinks and the ambiance. They were very attentive and gave us time to enjoy the view of the city and talk too.

   Our waiter was fabulous but food was mediocre. We got prime rib and it was over done and dry but the clam chowder was great!

   Todo muuuy bien lo recomiendo ampliamente . Solicité una mesa pegada a la ventana y no pudieron complacer sin embargo de ahí en fuera todo bien

   The view of San Antonio was very good. The tables were nice. Cloth table cloths and napkins. The food was not good. The service was slow but not horrible.

   A comedy of server errors. 90 minutes to get served with wrong meal or overcooked steak. Then 30 more to get it right. Hello 11 pm. The bar is great but not the food.

   We arrived at 7:45 and was seated right away, yippee! We didn’t get our first appetizer until 9:00 PM, boo! Chef had changed the flavor and how the food was made from previous visits. All of the food, except for the salads, tasted like fish and like it had been sitting out for a while. Dry, fishy taste, slow service, finally got my bill at 9:45 and jays it and left. They did remove the appetizers from my bill but was extremely disappointed in the taste and service. Might give it one more chance before completely x’ ing this restaurant.

    Well, my experience with the charter house was a little different. You can say I wasn’t too happy. My reservation was for 630. We got there at 5:30 so that was nice of them to take us in but during that time it took so long to get served With drinks food and yes, I know it’s a very high in ambience but here again I think the service needs to be more attentive of their customers and if it’s gonna take that long to serve you at least give us something to maybe eat with some kind of a loaf of bread of some kind like a garlic bread or something, but don’t leave us there without anything because I know everything you order is being charged to you, but it would be nice and courteous if you could give your Customers something in between the wait but I really don’t think I would be returning again
