   We had a reservation ahead of time and still had to wait quite a while before we got to our table. The food was worth the wait! Our server, Jalin was so on top of everything and had a really great attitude and the rest of the staff we talked to was very polite. The food was honestly the best we’ve ever had and it was a fun experience. We’ve already started making plans to come back. Thank you for making our night memorable, Chart House!

   Chart, House has a standard that I’ve been expected to the 1980s the person who seem to be the waiter. Did everything. There were no Water boys there were no assistants and the waiter seem to be someone who’s either just starting or is just not good at his job When I ordered the name of the steak I wanted. There’s two sizes when I gave him the name of the size I wanted. He asked me if I wanted the smaller size. So he didn’t know the menu. He hesitated on describing what was on the meals, when My Wife asked him questions about how her meal was prepared we ordered butter additional. It. Took 15 minutes to get it. When he brought our check, it took 10 minutes for him to come back. We finally got up to go Pay at the counter and then when he found Us at the counter, he made some comments about how I was supposed to stay at my table, and I shouldn’t have been up here. We keep trying these five star expensive steak houses around Texas. And unfortunately the quality of Services just gone downhill from the 1980s. On our way to dinner. I told My Wife she’s about to be blown away because we hadn’t done a chart House. We’ve done a love. A lot of other famous steak houses around where we live in Texas, and they all fall. Very short of expectations and I really thought this was going to be different sitting up at the top of the needle and San Antonio. Enjoying dinner. Celebrating the belated anniversary, which was mentioned on our reservation and the hostess, so kindly referred to my comments about our anniversary and my experience at the Coronado Island. Chart, House. She actually googled it before we got there that was impressive and set the tone for what I thought was gonna be a beautiful evening until our server showed up. We bought a bottle of wine. He didn’t know how to pour the bottle into the glass. He didn’t have a towel for the drip didn’t twist the bottle of the final pour and then the waiter said they offered tap payment, but wanted to take my personal phone to do it

   Excellent dining experience. Not loud, made it perfect for business conversation. I could see how it might also be a great place for a romantic meal.

   The waiter seemed like she wasn’t interested to help or be there. Did not explain the menu or care to give a good experience. With other guests she seemed animated but with our table she showed no emotion or interest in serving us. The food and place would’ve been better had the service been better.

   The entire experience was amazing! From the entry into the Tower to our exit we were treated with respect and kindness. Our waiter was excellent and very attentive. He acknowledged my boyfriend’s birthday several times. The food took a bit off a wait too receive it but when it came, it was worth the wait. Everything was great! Everything was also reasonably priced on the lunch menu.

   Great experience and staff went above and beyond to help us make the most out of it. Thank you for all your professionalism and dedication to the service industry. My fiance and I had the best time and she is not easily impressed. We will definitely be back.

    This was a memorable experience for my fiancée and me. The food was incredible with the filet minon melted in my mouth, no, really it did! The desert, a lava cake, was the perfect end. Now, the thing that makes it all worth it is the view. High above San Antonio, 750 feet, while dining, and the restaurant revolves! You never have a bad view. Plus, the service (thanks Dimas) was impeccable. Well worth the price! Guys, if you want to impress your date....take her here!
