   We were seated almost immediately with our reservations, but we were there almost 2 hours because our server was very slow, even just getting our drinks, which were non-alcoholic. The fondue was delicious and served out hot, but our main course was warm. We ordered the prime rib which had good flavor but it wasn't quite medium rare. I imagine if it had been brought out to our table hot and fresh it would have been better. Hopefully our server was just having an off night. We've eaten at the chart house before and have had 5 star experience, but tonight just didn't meet the mark.

   Hello we have been enjoying the tower for many years. However, the food quality has gone down in the last three years. We keep giving it a chance to correct the problem as the cooks can have a an off day. But something really needs to be done, appears my honest feedback is falling on deaf ears. I am one that calls the manager and tell them the meals and service was over the top as everyone is fast to complain but hardly ever complement you. My daughter in law didn’t even want to go last night due that she said the food won’t be good. I told we were giving it another chance. Waiter was terrible, we had to keep asking for water and drink refills. Food took over an hour after we got our salads, This was a 1st. The prime rib was so fatty to the point it covered half of the serving, We had three prime rib plates all were the same . My wife’ had roasted chicken and refused to eat it and she isn’t picky. The servings of shrimp fondue hardly had any shrimp in any of three servings My wife and I were thrilled that you brought it back, but was disappointed. We were trying to make the best of evening and didn’t want to make a scene and ruin the evening. We are Landry members and really enjoyed the tower atmosphere but the restaurant really needs help. Waiters are hard to find and keep, no one wants to work now days and guess will have deal with it as the new generation don’t seem to grasp the concept. Hope I wasn’t to hard on you, just being honest, you fix a problem unless you know you have one. Would be nice to have the king-crab legs back you guys always did that right.    The food was delicious, the ambiance was beautiful, and on top of that the service was outstanding! Thank you to Andrea for helping us make our early Christmas dinner and late birthday celebration for my son so special. ❤️

   Wonderful experience at the Chart House, food was delicious, service was exceptional. Celebrating our 40th wedding anniversary couldn’t have picked a better place.

   Jarvis was our waiter and made our experience even better. He remembered each of my 4 kids names. Small details like that mean the world to me.

    It’s a great experience; to see the restaurant spin! It took 1.5 hours for our food to come out. Our reservation was at 7:45pm. We got there at 7:45pm & left at 10:30pm . The steak was mainly fat, the blacken salmon was delicious, the herb roasted chicken was smaller then expected! Don was our server he was GREAT! He was very friendly & funny!
