   First time dinning here will definitely be memorable. Every thing about the experience was a 10/10 literally.

   Check in was very simple, the staff were extremely friendly. The food was impeccable . Highly recommend this restaurant.

   Our waiter was obviously overwhelmed and unable to attend to us. Drinks took 40 minutes, even a kid’s Sprite. Appetizer never came. Bread never came. Food took an hour to come out. Barely saw our waiter. We will not be going back unless you appropriately staff your restaurant.

   Nice, quiet view when we went. Both lounge and restaurant were too warm. We requested that the heat be turned down, but it continued to get warmer so much so that we needed to leave the restaurant. Service at the lounge was very good. At the table service was good, but consistently very slow on receiving some items. On the elevator down from this lunch, others on the elevator were also talking about how hot it was in the restaurant.

   The food and service were excellent! Being able to enjoy the view of San Antonio at night was relaxing. I took my girlfriend there for her birthday. She loved it. Can't wait to go back!

   In short words, expensive, long wait times, food overpriced, mediocre service, no one is trained for medical emergency. 2/10. 1 for the view and 1 for the calamari. Enjoy the long review ahead. We dined to celebrate here the day after thanksgiving with a group of 10 for 8:45pm. - Didn't get sat until about 9pm. - Didn't get our entrées until 2 hrs and 30 mins later. - Asked for our desserts to go and even with that we couldn't finish our dinner by 12am. - !!! If you have any allergies at all, don't go here, you might get anaphylaxis and die by the time you down the tower. !!! Food/Drinks: - Food was ok, not worth the $80 price. For wine, one of our party asked for a glass but was given the whole bottle. Difference of $40/glass vs $120 for whole bottle. MAIN CONCERN: One of our party had shellfish allergy and we had specifically said so. When cleaning up the plates, they had left the plates with leftover shrimp by the person that had shellfish allergy for a quite some time until we had to ask them to take it away. When told an allergic reaction was happening, let me tell you—NO SENSE OF URGENCY. We needed to check out quick to grab medicine but it still took a very long time. Absolutely ridiculous. Ambiance/View: - View was nice, the circle rotates for those who don't know.

   Food is wildly overpriced. It is the day after Thanksgiving and they exclusively ran a $70+ holiday menu of 3-course meals. This should equate to faster meal times, yet we waited over an hour for our entree. My side was cold and the chocolate lava cake had no lava because it was overcooked. You're paying for the view at this restaurant. The view outside, because the restaurant inside does not look good and the music is a weird mix of classic rock, pop, and seasonal (christmas) music. Costed $270 for 3 adults and a kid, including 1 appetizer and no special drinks.

    It takes a minute to get used to the moving floor but once you do the view is fantastic and the food is wonderful.
