   Our waiter was training someone and it made the experience less professional and awkward. No one told us ahead of time that there would be a preset menu.

   We thoroughly enjoyed our dinner at Chart House. I didn’t realize it would be a holiday menu but everything we would’ve ordered was on it so it was perfect. My husband made the statement that it was one of the best cooked steaks he has ever had and my mother in love rated her steak a 9,5 and for her, that’s a 10. I had the Chilean sea bass over lobster risotto and they both were heavenly. It was a very nice evening out with the family. We will definitely keep this on our restaurant rotation list.

   Clear day made for a beautiful 360° viewing while we had our dinner. Our waiter was perfect and excellent food! We were celebrating our 46th anniversary and they made it special too! Our only challenge was very low lighting so we had to use cell phone flashlight to view our amazing food!

   It's really a 2.5 all the way down. I was there last weekend and again this evening (only because it's where my father wanted to go). Last weeknbgf one item I ordered was just never brought to the table. No acknowledgement that it was forgotten until I mentioned it when the check arrived. My other item that was delivered (the stack) was so loaded with onions that it was hardly edible. But since it was all I received from my original order, I ate what I could. Our waiter, however, was very nice. Just maybe not well-trained or a little short staffed. Hard to tell. This evening, same situation with our wait person. Very kind, but perhaps a little understaffed. Again, a problem with my order. I ordered bruschetta with chèvre and mushrooms. The chèvre was missing! How does that get out of the kitchen??? It is half of the item. Crazy. Needless to say, I won't be back anytime soon. Good luck shutting down for the renovation. I hope you reopen with a better kitchen staff and wait staff that is well-trained and has what they need to succeed. The restaurant is SUB PAR. The view isn't enough to make up for it. There are better restaurants with as good, or better views.

   It took us 3 hours and 20 minutes to eat due to our server forgetting to order our food. Took us 40 mins to get water after sitting down. I would go for drinks and find dinner elsewhere.

   Was expecting a lunch menu regardless of the time or day. We were not able to order what we were looking forward to. Otherwise, everything was as good as expected. Wish we could have walked away happier than previous visit.

   Very disappointed with my experience. The y last few times the service and food have been awful because the food was cold and server was never around. I called and complained but no one ever called me back. This time around we had three course meal and our first course, soup, was freezing cold bur my server was not around to bring me another one. She didn't bring all the drinks until halfway down our meal. When she brought our second course she didn't bring our side until 10 mins later at which we were already finishing out steaks. I don't mind paying a high price for a meal but the food has to be hot and the service has to be there. Our server was never around. I was very disappointed with our experience all the way around. The view is great but the food and service are awful.

    The service and food were good. The view of the city was beautiful. It was a little noisy but still enjoyable.
