    Afternoon tea is quite simply an unforgettable experience here at Cheal’s. We offer a fabulous 2 course afternoon tea served daily. Each course is lovingly prepared by our in-house pastry team, using traditional ingredients. Choose from nine different teas, cocktails or a glass of prosecco or champagne, for a truly memorable occasion. Wednesday - Saturday: 12:30pm – 2:00pm £55 per person Please note that we require at least 48 hours' notice for this booking type. Bookings made with under 48 hours' notice may not be honoured.

    Yet another superb dining experience at Cheal’s last evening. In all the meals we have enjoyed there, they have remained consistently outstanding throughout. The experienced and professional staff (who never refer to us as ‘guys’ or ‘mate’), the lovely comfortable surroundings and the exciting choice of dishes all add up to an evening of sheer enjoyment. Can’t recommend this restaurant highly enough.

    I have been to Cheals Knowle 3times now and have never been disappointed. The service food and ambiance are amazing. I would definitely recommend and hope to return soon.

    Atmosphere was great, decor was great, food was excellent, with a great choice from taster menu, set menu & a la cart, with vegetarian options. Service was great from the plentiful staff

    Celebrated engagement anniversary. Welcome to Cheals was exemplary and the whole ambience is friendly and not pompous. Food was outstanding in quality.

    Lovely place Great waiter but there's just hardly any food, mainly on the main course. Taste was great. It lacked colour!

    The service and quality of food are outstanding. Although the restaurant was quiet at lunchtime there was a comfortable ambience. All the staff were able to make us feel welcome and comfortable.
