   Brunch with Chef David…always awesome! Thank you for the delicious food, lovely staff and great Christmas decorations. Thank you Crystal for looking after us and for the tasty cappuccino. Great way to start the day. It’s always a joy dine with Chef David!

   We visited Chef David's Cacio e Pepe Italian Bistro on Christmas Day and, while it had its charm, it wasn’t without its flaws. The small-town vibe was cozy, and the staff was friendly, but the service was a bit off. Despite having a reservation, our table wasn’t set when we arrived, which was a bit frustrating on Christmas Day with smaller children that were hungry. The food was fine, but nothing special—just an average meal. It didn’t quite meet the expectations for a Christmas feast, but it was decent enough to get us through the night. Overall, it was okay. The atmosphere was nice, but the service and food didn’t quite hit the mark.

   Thank you Tom for taking the time to write this helpful review. A huge thanks for thinking of having your Christmas dinner at Cacio. It was lovely to have a family with small children for dinner. I am very sorry you felt the food and service was underwhelming. It is not normally the case and of course your table should have been ready! I'm sorry, were quite busy and lost track of time as families tended to linger longer visiting etc. I hope you will come try us again in the future and taste some of our regular dinner menu rather than a turkey dinner.
