Inspired by Japanese cuisine & French technique, world-renowned Chefs Max Natmessnig and Marco Prins present a spectacular journey through epicurean delights in their exquisite 3 Michelin star Tasting. Lasting upwards of two and a half hours, Guests can expect an experience of a lifetime. Each dish served is its own work of art, expertly crafted with meticulous precision, tasting as incredible as it is beautiful.

Our expansive 7,000-bottle wine cellar, featuring the most extraordinary vintages from classic European regions, as well as sakes, and whiskeys from all over the world, provides an enviable selection to satisfy even the most discerning of palates.

We are honored to have received 'The Best of Award of Excellence' from Wine Spectator and Feature in "13 Best Three Michelin star Restaurants in America" By Restaurant Clicks.

    The food as amazing!!! We loved that is was tucked away like a secret only a few people had the privilege to know about. Our female waitress was a welcome change to the predominantly male employee experience at high end restaurants! So much fun with the wine pairing too. We’re planning our next NYC trip around reservations at BF!!!

    Likely the best meal of my life. Even though the meal was very, very expensive, I don’t feel like I overpaid for it. The food is all incredible, and I appreciate that they don’t let concept or making anything too abstract get in the way of the taste. The taste of the food is front and center here.

    Food and service were excellent! We went in 2022 and restaurant has still maintained quality and service. We thought food was better than the first time.
