In historic downtown Winter Garden, a few miles from Orlando’s theme parks, an intimate gourmet dining experience awaits you. Local residents rave about it, and foodies come from all over to sample the superb cuisine and intimate service of The Chef's Table at the Edgewater. Our 3 Course Prix Fixe Dinner is priced at $74.99 per person, consists of 4 choices/course. Pricing may vary on holidays. Guests must be over the age of 8 to dine at the Chef's Table, which generally takes 2 hours.

Brunch is now served on Sat & Sun at our Tasting Room.

Recent awards include the Florida Trend Golden Spoon, Orlando Magazine Dining Awards, winning Best Restaurant, Best Kept Secret, Best Wine Pairing Dinner, Most Romantic Rendezvous, & Best Chef's Table. For diners wanting a more casual evening, our Tasting Room serves brunch, small plates, large plates & craft cocktails, and does not require a reservation.

    We booked The Chef's Table for a 2-days-late Sunday evening Valentine's Day dinner of the restaurant's prix fixe menu. We were blown away by everything -- the ambiance, the food, the service, the setting, and even the playlist of perfect music for our dining experience. There really should be a Michelin Star on the restaurant's front door. From the moment we entered the restaurant, our host explained a bit of history about the restaurant and hotel. We had no idea! We were seated at a corner-of-the-room table where we appreciated the intimate setting and could hear the music without its interfering with our conversation. Our fun server helped me choose a cocktail, and it was killer! He recited all the choices on the menu, explaining in detail those that interested us. After we ordered, another server brought warm rolls and real butter--a perfect touch as we awaited our appetizers. Every bite of every dish was swoon-worthy, from hubby's Mushroom and Chive Roulade and my Pear-fect Symphony salad (radicchio & pear, blue cheese, candied walnuts, arugula, crispy prosciutto with red wine vinaigrette) to our fresh catch selections of MahiMahi to our Orange & Thyme Scented Creme Brûlée and Crustless Chocolate Cake with popcorn ice cream, salted bourbon caramel and potato chip "soil." We've lived in Orlando since well before Chef's Table opened 15 years ago in Winter Garden, and we wish we had discovered it sooner. It was a magical, romantic evening that we won't forget, and well worth the reasonable prix fixe price and the drive from Orlando. We will be back. With family. With friends. And for more romantic dining, just the two of us.

    The food was phenomenal along with the wine pairing.. one of the best meals I had.. service was prompt and efficient.. I definitely will be back!

    There were two servers in the room we were in and one took the time to really explain the menu in detail. Our server did not,just went over the dishes and how they were prepared really didn’t have any recommendations. Perhaps because it’s Valentine week it just felt somewhat rushed and very impersonal. This was our first time dining there are several friends have tried it and said we definitely needed to try it. The mahi was quite salty on top. Not sure if it was just our particular pieces or this is how it’s prepared.

    I truly wished Chef's Table was closer - we would dine there much more often. It has been several years since my last visit. But the warm, cozy charm is still there. The staff is still excellent and the dinner was beyond expectations! The Chef's Table is truly an artistic experience. One of table settings, of atmosphere, of presentation and of culinary skills. Many times when my wife and I dine, I go home saying I could make that. Here, it is not possible. The exquisite taste, aromas, and presentations are superb. This was a pre-Valentine's Day dinner, and it could not have gone better. Where else can you take your wife for a lovely dinner, so charming and romantic. A step back into history!

    We went to celebrate Valentines Day and it was a fantastic experience. All the staff was so kind and fun to talk to and the food was absolutely fantastic. One of the best dining experiences I’ve had in a while. Will go again

    My husband and I had an absolutely outstanding dining experience last night. From start to finish, everything was top-notch—the food, the service, and especially the wine pairing. Our server, Jeff, truly elevated the evening. Not only was he incredibly knowledgeable and attentive, but he’s also a Certified Sommelier, which made our wine experience exceptional. We opted for the wine pairing to complement our meal, and I’m so glad we did. Every selection was perfectly matched, enhancing each course beautifully. The food itself was phenomenal—each dish expertly prepared with bold flavors and perfect execution. You can tell the kitchen takes pride in both quality and presentation. If you’re looking for a restaurant that delivers a flawless culinary experience, this is it. Amazing service, exquisite food, and a wine pairing you won’t regret. Highly recommend! 🍷

    Our meal and the service at Chef’s Table was SUPERB!! The food was gloriously good and our server was WONDERFUL… he was personable, helpful, and made EVERY option seem extraordinary… and boy did it live up to the hype!! Every dish and drink was amazing and we will DEFINITELY go back next time we are in Orlando!!

    We visited The Chefs Table for a business meeting. We were conveniently placed in a secluded, semi-private space where we were able to have a nice discussion. The reason for the 4 stars was due to the location of the kitchen to our table. Overall, it was a fabulous meal with special dietary accommodation made for both gluten and dairy without any hesitation.

    A delightful and refined experience. The prix fixe menu has plenty of variety and the wine pairings were excellent, definitely recommended. We were in a small room with two other tables and a view of the kitchen which was the perfect combination of quiet, romantic and interesting.
